I returned equipment on 4-09-2025 but the equipment never showed I returned it until today 4-16-2025 after I went there and asked why I got a email saying the equipment was not returned

Lenette SNever received my money back, called and they seem to not have any information on which truck I use or anything to help figure why they took my whole deposit .Did everything I was suppose and put the gas exactly where they left it, the move was local and down the road but some how they took my whole deposit.
Sintasia BThe lady Barbra that is over this location very rude and lacks business ethics. She does not know how to talk to people over the phone. U-haul should not let her be a contact for them. They will give you the wrong key and call you harassing you to make it seem like you did something wrong. The young lady that works for the actual store was nice and sweet. I would not advise anyone to pick this location if avoidable.
