The only issue was the change in pickup location, twice as far from my house, 20 minute versus 50 minute drive. Given 50 miles, but no compensation for the cost of the difference.

The location for our initial location was. Loses when we arrived. We waited for 45 minutes, then called U-Haul corporate. After waiting in the queue for ten minutes, I was placed on hold on for at least another ten minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed back in the queue and waited again. I was finally helped and sent to Baumgartner's, who were great. I was told by U-Haul corporate that I would receive a $50 Credit on my credit card, which I have not received.

Truck's alignment was terrible. Steering wheel is at 1 o'clock driving straight. Location was great. Fast and friendly and the uhaul truck was in a locked gated area. All good things! Thanks

My pick-up location was changed 5 times. Additionally, my car tow and truck weren't in the same location, and I had to drive an hour to pick up the 2 separate rentals. Absolutely horrible customer experience and even worse customer service.

I had to fix the jack handle before I could use it. I was lucky that the pick-up location was a Hardware store. I had to use tools and get a bolt and washers to fix the handle. I was 16hrs from home and no other choice in a trailer to rent. It was also the straps for the front wheel that was 3/4 of the way cut through. I had to buy straps to strap the front of the car down.
