Randy was absolutely amazing!! I had to return the trailer because it wouldn’t fit all of our stuff but Randy was truly phenomenal throughout the whole process. I really appreciate his customer service! If you can go to this location! (Batteries R Us is Hopkins, MN)

Service was slow and unorganized. They only have one working computer. There were 3 workers present, one worker was trying to help 2 customers at once (in person and via phone) while the other two didn’t assist anyone.

Batteries R Us was great and professional. Unfortunately, I was sent here from the FJR Rentals location in St. Louis Park, after my original truck rental was somehow double booked. The reservation software clearly has an issue if it allows a truck to be assigned to multiple customers. We both had 24/7 online reservations, and mine was weeks in advance. There was also clearly a logistical issue if there were not enough trucks at FJR Rentals to accommodate the reservations. There's really no excuse other than poor management.

I think more information about where to park the trailer would be helpful before you get there as the lot is very small and somewhat challenging to navigate with a trailer.

All in all a good experience. However I did have a problem with the truck. After loading I started the engine, put the transmission in drive but it would not move. All the dash warning lights came on, and as I pushed the accelerator nothing happened. The truck would not move. I was very afraid that I might have to call the rental location to resolve the issue, and I had a moving team that I was paying by the hour. After waiting for about three minutes, I tried again to start the truck, and this time it worked OK. No dash lights and accelerator worked when in drive. THIS SAME THING HAPPENED TWO TIMES DURING MY RENTAL. I do not like to have to deal with stressful situations like this, especially during a move which is stressful enough on its own.

I returned the U-Haul with the correct gas amount that was in it when I picked it up. I still was charged $28 for gas when I shouldn’t have been. When I called the guy told me that it was only 3/4 of a tank and when I told the rep I took a picture of the dashboard when I dropped it off showing how much gas was in it he didn’t care.

My original contact with UHAUL was at the Apple Valley, MN location. The lot was overflowing with trucks and trailers, literally, only 4 parking spots for customers. As a walk-in looking for a one-way trailer rental, I did not know the "proper registration process." The counter person was rude and condescending to the point where I asked where the nearest Budget Rental was.His failure to explain the process added stress to the time constraint I was under. The manager failed to answer her cell phone and when I called the office I was dropped. Worst customer experience.

The worst experience ever! I prepaid for a 15' truck and was notified the day before that they did not have ANY!!!! They wanted me to drive over 30 miles round trip after I already prepaid for the size I needed. The sales associate was so rude and not helpful. Then they finally get me a 10' truck and I prepaid for two dollys. I call the night before to make sure that they are in there. I was told they were. I go to pick the truck up in a different location and they dollys are not in there. I call the number it said to call for help and that person would not bring the tollys to me place or to the location. I had to drive to pick them up! Nothing like starting out on moving day with a delay from UHaul.

I was sent to the wrong place (3800 Louisiana Avenue) by Uhaul to pick up the truck. Fortunately, the manager there was kind enough to drive me to to the correct location and all went well after that.

I did not want to drop off at this location but it was the one that Uhaul recommend or selected for me. When I got there the system charged me for the extra days that I had the Uhaul when I already paid for those days in Idaho location. I should have gotten a credit. I had to wait 3-5 days and was out of pocket $88 and change. I have had to do several phone calls or chat's to get this money back from you. The initial drop off this should have been corrected imitatively. This was not. I was also due for the day and half that I returned the trailer early and I am still working on this refund. Bottom line if I don't have to use Uhaul again I will not. The gentleman working the counter at the drop off location was great and very helpful. Not his fault that Uhaul does not have this system working optimally!

I reserved online in the morning and when I went to pick up the truck I was sent across town. You can’t text the change in location. I was a loyal customer but u cost me valuable time and hardship. Very disappointing
