Allison BureauI use a truck from st Mary to kingsland and back put $10 gas and yet I was charged $13 for gas ! It can be the I consume $23 for such a small travel!

Michael Rayboth locations get great grades. It was unfortunate that I had to drive 40 miles to get a truck, when a dealer 3 miles from my home ( with trucks in yard) was not reachable. that cost me 80 miles and a couple extra hours on a busy day.

I had extreme difficulties using the uhaul app at this location which caused drop off to take over 1.5 hours due to uhaul app connectivity issues with a s23 ultra phone on 5g.
Jeffrey StobThe self check in process is not as useful as it could be. Some information was requested (in order to verify identity) that would have been good to know in advance. I made it halfway through the self check in and then had to go do the normal check in at the desk, wasting time.

Hours say from 8:00-5:00, but they actually close at 4:30, but there is no signage that says the office will be closed for lunch. Was late to picking up the trailer and the office was already closed. Wouldn't have waited in the parking lot if I would have know they were closed for lunch.

Tom TurnerThe price was competitive and the location was convenient but that is about the only good thing I can say about this experience. I found the app very difficult to use and even though I had reservations with a confirmation number, I had to call customer service twice to get the keys to the vehicle. There was no one at the location that could assist because even though I showed up an hour before it closed, they had closed the business early that day due to personal reasons. It took me an hour to check out the vehicle. While I was using the truck, several times the ABS brake warning light came on and stayed on for about 30 minutes. I never did figure out what the cause of that was and turned the truck back it to the location without incident. I tried taking pictures of the truck when I turned it back in around 6:00 pm it was dark and there is very little lighting at the location. I was only able to get a picture of the odometer. The customer service people that I talked to were very helpful but I would recommend firing the persons responsible for the online app development.

Christopher FlintTrailer was in excellent condition. Initial checkout of the trailer was slow. Two people working in the store, but only 1 handling customers. Neither were friendly and neither greeted me upon arrival and 15-20 minute wait. Check back-in was completed online since store was closed on Sunday. Upload of pictures failed but transaction was completed anyway.

Richard CunninghamI was taking my riding lawn mower to be fixed, this, means I needed a utility trailer w/ramp. I get a utility trailer with a tailgate, I had to lift the mower off to the ground, this, pulling my back and in need of a chiropractor. When the counter girl and I went out she couldn't figure out which trailer, went to help and two people decided on the wrong trailer. As customers we don't always know your equipment, however, the staff should, very unknowledgeable of the equipment needed to do the job. I explained to them what I was doing and that I needed a ramp, evidently she had no idea what I needed. So very disappointed.

Irene CampbellTruck was disgusting! Had dog hair all over the driver seat, passenger seat, in the cup holders and all. Absolutely disgusting. They lady working was not helpful whatsoever! While I’m checked in waiting for her to give me keys, she answers phone and takes 14 mins to get off the phone in the middle of my transaction with her all to create a quote for a customer calling in for pricing.

ronald philoSigned up for mobile pick up. After arriving and starting mobile pick up the system said the key was not in the box I needed to go inside and pick it up. The location opened late and already had a line of people inside. Causing about a 45 min delay in pick up. Once I got to the counter it was a simple grab and go but did cause people helping me move to have to wait for me to get back to the house. Had the key been in the box or the store ran the key out when they said they recover the message it would have been an excellent experience. Overall would still use Uhaul again but use a different pick up location even it causes additional cost.

leslie millsThese people should NOT be allowed to deal with anybody. They lied, were rude, tried to delay trip and were extremely mean. DO NOT USE BATTEN APPLIANCE for ANYTHING!!!!. They should all be thrown in jail for fraud. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
