Service was very friendly and helpful. Wasn't able to answer some of my questions but was quick to call someone and find the answer. Gave me an appliance dolly instead of a utility one. Not a big deal but it was much bigger and did not use it for that reason. Truck had two very large rock chips in the windshield. One the size of a loonie. After bringing it to Bastions attention they quickly called Uhaul who told us to take a picture and make a comment so that it is documented. I was about to drive 6100+ km so this was not a comforting start to my trip.
