The location was a a little sketchy, a few used condoms scattered around on the ground. I'm glad I did everything in the morning. Other than that the pick up and drop off were extremely simple. I'd rather do that again over going to a shop and dealing with agents. The woman on the phone was very helpful and patient and helpful . I wasn't expecting the self help part but actually happy they transfered me there. Totally satisfied thank you

The truck was clean and we dropped it off before midnight and they changed me for it being dirty and late drop off? Not true and I have two other people with me and it was at noon when we dropped it off very shady! Not very happy with them ! I will be looking to make sure they don’t charge me any more for anything else they could make up ! Very mad !
