This was the 3rd or 4th time I have rented from this location. Tracy was helpful with the reservation. John made sure the trailer hookup was done correctly.
Nicholas C.The uhaul system was not working so I didn't get my truck on time and almost didn't get it at all. The lady at the front desk was so nice and I could tell she was frustrated too. Uhaul should send something out if their entire system is down.

jim H.They charged me extra for gas, stating it was at a 1/2 tank. I took a picture of it before I left. It was between 3/8 and 1/2 tank, the same as I left it with them at. Shouldn't have been charged for it not being at a 1/2 tank when it wasn't when I picked it up.

nancy H.Make sure the reservations a customer makes are kept and not changed without notice. If the customer puts a pick up and drop off at a differenct location, honor that. If it is not possible, dont allow the customer to complete the one way reservation only to be sent an email showing the same location. If your representatives corrects the reservation, it should never be changed on the customer. If one of your representative disconnects a call they should call the customer back to avoid them having to call again and again explaining the whole story over and over. Lastly but most importantly. Tracy at the Burr Ridge location took care of our problem in minutes, was very friendly and personable. Although we swore never to rent a UHaul again after our experience, after dealing with Tracy at B&E Auto, we will rent a UHaul, but only from Burr Ridge. Tracy saved our business with UHaul. B&E Auto Repair is a great representation of UHaul

Hector G.Actually provide the equipment that was specifically reserved ahead of time. if the equipment is not going to be available then don't offer it and don't let it be entered into the reservation. As a result, our moving job took 2 additional hours by not having the furniture dollies I reserved. No credit was offered and I was told to simply call U-Haul that they are just the4 dealer. When I called U-Haul customer service that morning I was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer, after this experience I will be looking to go with somebody different than U-Haul next time.
