Drop the price. Contract states 48 hours and was given 46. After I picked up the truck, an ice storm hit and I had to pay for an extra day, when I only need it for 5 more hours.Maria A.

The truck was covered in snow. We had work to free the back door as it was frozen shut. When we started the truck the wiper was messed up. When man came out to fix it, he said what did you do to the wiper, try using it when it was froze to windshield. Which was not the case. He cleaned off windshield just enough to fix wiper. Poor attitude. They knew for a week we would picking the truck that day.Susan L.

Location is very small and in a gas station. Had to maneuver through a residential neighborhood to get to the main road in a 26' truckCarrie C.
Lady was very rude and made it known she hated doing U-Haul and took it out on me. Took forever checking the U-Haul back in. Not happy. Spent $150 and wish I could get money back for how I was treated.Karlee W.

The reservation process too longer then expected. The system kept putting last Thursday as the rental date when it was actually Friday of this week. The Salesperson was persistent and after help from tech support, she was able to open a new reservation and cancel the old one. A special shout out to her as she stayed after her shift to complete this!!! Have to give credit to B&D Auto for thier customer service. Way to go..mark N.
B&D is not one of your top tear affiliates, I get that. One of the trailer running lights was broken/inoperative and their was no pre-departure trailer inspection. On the bright side, Donna, the sole employee on pick up day was stellar. Her attitude and determination made up for a less than expected experience. I will use and recommend U-Haul, I'd just deal with a full service location, instead of a part-time operation like B&D.Tim M.

Correct web site or computer issues. Staff is very quick to resolve an issue with the web site so it is not a big impact. Staff is very helpful.Mark L.
Web site can be glitchy for both the pick up location personnel and me. I normally don't use the web site because inventory isn't correct or is always not available. I go straight to the pick up location in person or via phone. I have rented multiple trucks and trailers in the last year and the people at the pick up points all say they have issues too.Mark L.

I rented the next step up trailer at the end of April and it 196.00 one way. For me to rent the same trailer this time it would have been over 400.00.I understand time of year is different but a returning customer might get a breakJulius B.

Seriously the best customer service that I have ever received in any business. The employee and also the owner assisted with my hitch because I didn't have it set up correctly. The owner was not even intending to be working that day but noticed me struggling with the part as he drove by. Seriously so grateful! They helped make a struggle so much easier.Scott L.

Immediately after pulling off, i drove less than a mile away and called the pick up location to ask if the truck was even safe to be on the road. Thd truck drove horribly it felt and sounded like it was gonna stall at any moment. I couldn't drive much over 60 miles per hr or the truck would shake tremendously. Then it rained and the wipers were so bad I had to pull over until the rain stopped. Upon returning the the truck the niles location was making a big deal about me sweeping the back of the truck out ir they wer gonna charge me. But the truck was being returned in the same condition i picked it up in. I feel I ike i should have gotten a sone of my money back. I will not b using U-Haul again. The truck was filthy on the inside it was very dirty and dusty I had to wipe the truck down with disinfecting wipes before I could even pull off.LAQUETTA SIMONE P.

Pick up was frustrating, took nearly an hour because employee was unable to follow process. She had to call someone else to come in from home. She was apologetic, but people were waiting on us. While driving, a low tire pressure censor came on. We had to stop and find a gas station to put air in. Finally, the return process took about 40 minutes. When the employee tried to enter our mileage he discovered we had been given a different vehicle from the one listed on our contract. Employee called a supervisor for help. We were told we would be unable to finalize the checkout and it would be figured out the next day.Paul C.

Changed my pick up location a couple of days before. Customer Service rep stated they would text new pick up location address. Never sent. Had to call back later to get address. Pick up location was changed to a location 17 miles away even though the reservation was made more than a month in advance.THOMASREFORD R.
Would have given five stars except when I booked it online, the person at the location called asking me to delay my pickup for two hours because she did not know how to work the system. Fortunately someone came to the location to accommodate me.Eric K.

Truck had a flat tire, I had to wait four hours for uhaul to come change the tire. I lost out on half a day of loading/moving and uhaul didn't even offer a discount.ANDREA MAE H.

Your text asking me to go over the vehicle and look for damages was confused. I ended up going back to the rental location and asking the clerk what exactly I needed to do. She then explained that she had already done that when my husband picked up the van.TOM R.

Took over 30 minutes to check me in because the people there didn't know how to use a computer. The trailer was covered in road salt which is understandable during a Michigan winter. Pick up was a pain in the butt.Cole E.
