Barbara CTop notch group. It was in the computer that we had caused the damage, and we hadn't. Computer was trying to charge us for something we had not done. Greensburg caught it and made sure we didn't get charged... Highly recommend these guys...

TYLER SOnly reason I’d recommend is that there isn’t another u-haul rental around. I ordered an appliance dolly and did not get it. The people didn’t seem to care regardless.

John SWhen it says 29 dollars to rent , after you add the mic. Fees it ends up over 100 dollars. That just don't seem right . I understand charge for gas not replaced but the rest is bull.

Thomas CThe location was fine service there was really good. The truck we ended up with had little black plastic beads all over the inside and also leaked water. Unfortunately some of our items in the truck got wet.

Allen BWe had to go farther than we original planned in order to pickup the size truck that we needed and so therefore it cost us more because of the mileage. I think they could have taken the truck to the original location that we tried to rent it from since it was only a short distance away. We had to pay $3.00 extra because of the location where we had to go to pickup the size truck we wanted.

JOHN BI’m frustrated and extremely disappointed. I won’t be using U-haul ever again. This is the second time I’ve been screwed because of incorrect information on the contract. I took pictures this last time but was told since I didn’t come into the store before hand there wasn’t anything they could do. You lost my business and hopefully anyone else I can share my experiences too. Very disappointed and would like to talk with someone in management regarding these issues. Not satisfied at all.

ANDY WIt would have been good to have some help hooking up the trailer. I pretty got the trailer is out in the lot... No big deal but it would of been good to have a little help spotting for hook up.
