The gentleman was very friendly. I had to change my original pick up time and he was very accommodating to my schedule. He was very welcoming, we had conversations about several topics we were both familiar with as I registered in. I felt very welcome to his store. I would recommend this location to others, mostly because of the friendliness of the owner, he wasn't a "stiff salesperson". He explained everything to me and made sure I was informed of all the basics that I needed. Great service, great location, very accommodating. He also has the cutest Lil Retriever puppy that will love all over you. Thats a plus!!

On the plus side, the location owner stayed late on a Saturday to await our arrival and get us on our way. The only negative was that the outside rearview mirrors of the truck require an Allen wrench for adjustment. The dealer did not have an Allen wrench available to adjust the mirrors. I would expect a dealer to be able to provide the tools to adjust the mirrors so that your vehicle can be operated safely. Luckily there was a Home Depot nearby and I was able to procure the tools to adjust the mirrors myself. This is a safety issue, and if your mirrors require tools for adjustment, I would expect them to be provided as part of the rental.

Have automatic trucks. It is not location I had trouble with. It is fanged uhaul 24/7 using phone that requires numerous calls to uhaul to pick up or drop off a truck.

There was still items left from the previous user left in the cab and broken glass in the back. Maintenance on the vehicle was lacking. Squealing brakes indicated a brake job was overdue and a clunk in the steering was also present.

Business owner is nice but his store is like going to a hoarders place. Very dirty inside and the truck had some soda in it that had splashed on the visor and back wall inside. Also the truck had dog hair and smelt funny.

The location was 30 minutes from Louisville, which was not convenient for me and the owner called me that morning to tell me he had am emergency and asked could I get there earlier than the scheduled time. I told him I was coming from Cincinnati, Ohio and it would take me 2 1/2 hours to get there, so I could not get there any earlier. He was very rude and told me he may be here or he may not. He never told me that I could do everything online and pick up the keys from the box without him being there. I called Ihaul and spoke to 3 different people to complain about this experience, who finally told me how to pick the truck up through the online app.

Vehicle was not clean and was running terrible. I had trouble from the get go and was supposed to pick up at a different location and was told the night before that my truck would not be available but could pick another one up (3) hours later at a different location. So between not getting it on time and it running terrible my experience was not that great. I was supposed to receive a $50 credit which not credited and I was overcharged from the original quote and did not even take the blankets that I originally requested. It was Not A Great Experience!!!!

Facility should be cleaned & staff could be more professional. Tried to confirm by phone with no answer & got message that mail box was not set up. Trash all over the floor & a bird cage with bird that appeared to never be cleaned. The location is convenient so I want this place to suceed.

I waited for 30 minutes while the attendant re-entered my information for a reservation I made online. He backed the truck into another truck while attaching the auto-transport trailer. The utility dolly I ordered wasn't present. There were cigarettes and ashes along with trash on the floor of the Truck and piles of dirt and twigs in the back of the truck.

U-Haul used to be THE place to go for truck and trailer rental. Sadly, U-Haul is now the last place to go. Promises made on line for pickup time and location are broken the night before leaving no time to make other arrangements. I traveled and hour round trip to pick up the the truck and then waited an additional 90 minutes waiting in line. The automation did not work and it was impossible to contact an actual person to help. 3 attempts and over two hours waiting on hold. The person at the pickup location was a complete incompetent and at one point actually backed one truck into another denting the bumper and breaking the plastic molding. I am totally disgusted with U-Haul and still very angry two days later. Rent anywhere else other than U-Haul until they get their act together.

Had 24/7 pickup selection, wasn't available upon checkin. Owner was 10 min to open which left me and another person waiting to check out trucks. He was also grumpy and rude to both customers and seemed more concerned with getting Andy Griffith turned on than getting us out the door. Took nearly an hour to get the truck checked out. Store was beyond disgusting, I hope I never have to step foot in there again, will go out of my way to rent through another location.

I really can't think of anything. The gentleman who owns the location was extremely nice and helpful. We appreciated his friendly approach and cozy demeanor. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but really worked well for us because it helped reduce the overall mileage we had to pay. All in all a great experience.

I was told my bill was going to be around 600.00 and when I got the bill it was over 700.00 that is a lot of money for one day and 600 miles I think the next time I will be looking elsewhere

Wrong size truck, noone called to inform me about the 7ft difference. Very unhappy about that as well as customer service. Had to spend more on everything due to smaller size. Have used uhual 7 times in my life, but will not use again.
