Moving and everything went fine, I called and asked to turn it back early because I didn’t need it for 24 hrs and the lady said that I couldn’t get my refund because they don’t do partial refunds but I paid $52.38 for the u-haul and had it less than 3 hrs. I’ve gotten a u-haul in the past and have gotten some of my money back. Not to mention we barely burned gas considering that everything was just a straight shot.

Charles BThis has happened to me on more than one occasion but the tires on the trailers I have rented weren't in the best shape. Thankfully when this ones right tire started coming apart I was able to pull over and get in a safe place. The tire slung off a huge chunk but didn't blow out. The last time the tire did blow out! These tires have a lifetime that needs to be charted and replaced more often.

It was after she closed for the day when I called her personal cell number and she came back and opened the shop and rented us a trailer to fit our needs. SEAN OI left the truck in excellent condition but had trouble finding a location to drop the truck and had to drive all over town to leave it witch left me very upset but the place we left it was was very friendly and kind also let her know the truck leaked and got some of my things wet it was from top on both sides by the tire walls on the floor I was also upset that I wasn’t told the truck wasn’t rent by the day but the trip when I turned it in I wasn’t told that so I turned it in a day early with no refund to me that is double dipping the customer in my opinion.

Dave MWe had trouble picking up the uhaul at the first location due to not being able to open the lock box. We called customer service and the girl acted like she didn’t want to help us. Her voice was muffled and she got aggravated when I asked her to repeat herself. We had our location changed and there wasn’t anyone to help us check in. Luckily we figured it out for ourselves. I will not be using online check in again.
