Was not able to scan the barcode or the QR code upon returning the rental. Had to take a picture of the location signage as proof I was at the right drop-off site.

Betty MThe pickup and drop off app was very slow and, timed out, and took forever to complete check in and out. I mad a mistake reading the wrong gauge when entering the starting fuel reading. Was way over charged as a result. no way to correct it and have yet to receive an invoice so I can try to get it adjusted. Credit card already charged

The staff quickly connected the trailer to my vehicle and double checked the connections and verified the lighting on the trailer worked. Great experience!!
William FTruck was on 1/4 of a tank (I have a photo) and interior was dirty. Additionally I reserved a 20’ truck for a one way move to a new house and 3 days prior was contacted and told I had to use a 26’ truck and return it, which was a major hassle while moving!!!! Thinking next time I might use Penske.

DONALD WI have rented multiple times. The app really needs to be improved. I could not upload pictures to finish my return. I called your office and had a 48 min. wait to speak to someone. I finally called B and D and left a message that I had returned the trailer and could not finish return with the U-Haul app.
John GPlease note this was a 2nd pick up as had reserved day prior at another pick up location and the equipment was not returned for me to pick up big inconvenience.
JAMES RIt would be good to tell people to write down the mileage on the odometer before they drive it from the parking lot. They should make sure the truck contains the equipment they promised (dollies, etc ). They should tell you you must return all pads when you return the truck (in my case I had to store the items in storage and could not remove a few (2 or 3) of the pads because they were shrink wrapped over). It would be good if they would add more miles available to you if you have to drive 63 miles to pick it up .
