Extremely Disappointing Experience – Serious Safety and Security Concerns I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. First of all, the location itself felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The overall environment did not give me any confidence or sense of security. The staff were also unprofessional, and communication was extremely difficult. I could barely understand what the employee was saying, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. What concerns me the most is what happened afterward. Just two days after using my card at this location, I discovered an unauthorized fraudulent transaction on that same card. Interestingly, this was a card I had not used anywhere else for quite some time. I want to be very clear: I am not accusing this U-Haul location or its employees of committing fraud, as I have no proof of that. However, the timing is extremely concerning, and I believe it deserves serious attention and investigation. Customers should feel safe and confident when visiting a business and making payments. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I strongly urge U-Haul management to look into the conditions at this location, employee professionalism, and payment security practices. This is a serious concern that should not be ignored. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location or recommending it to others.

The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Overall, excellent customer service and a stress-free experience. I would definitely use U-Haul again and highly recommend them!”

I got my reservation 12pm to 4 pm but when i was there to pick up truck the guy was not there the office was close i call the guy he came 1 and half hour late it is so bad i dont want to recommend any bady in this place

Fire your digital product owner for vehicle rental and storage rental. Horrible user experience with the app, horrible trying to get support. Even this survey will give you poor data regarding the user experience.

0/10 would never recommend this place to anybody! It’s not even a real business there was a bunch of men gambling the store if unkempt stuff just everywhere they over charged my card then tried to act as if he didn’t speak English I shut this shit down it’s dirty and it stinks in there
