I dropped off my unit after hours but it was unclear where to park it because there were no parking spots available in front of the business where I was instructed to park it at. There was an unused building next to the business so I parked it there but the area was not secured. After I dropped off the unit I sat in my car working from my phone and someone came into the parking lot, hitched to the trailer then drove it across the street to what appeared to be a secure storage area. I assumed it was the business owner. It would have been helpful to have a little more instruction when dropping off after hours.

This lady was so helpful and is helping me to get the refund on the appliance truck. I cannot thank her enough for all she did. First place should take a lesson from her.

Have the rental associate go over the operation of the truck . It wasn't a problem for me because I've driven trucks most of my life but for someone just moving who's never been in a truck, it would probably be a little intimidating ( dangerous) not knowing where all the controls are. But U-Haul is a great blessing for folks who don't own a truck .
