First of all, a 2-day charge was posted to my credit card for a 1-day rental. I rented a 6' x 12' van trailer for 1 day, February 5. that was initially indicated as Feb. 6 by the rental location but I corrected the date. I picked up the trailer on Feb. 5, 2020, at 11:52 am. I returned it trailer on Feb. 5 around 7:30 pm (with pictures of my return to Bailey's Autobody, Allenwood, PA.) I discovered on my invoice that the return date was Feb. 6 at 12:34pm. A dispute with U-Haul is in progress. The facility's lot was in the poorest condition that I ever rented a U-Haul from.Anthony S.
I strongly think Uhaul should have Saturday hours. Even if it be only 4 hrs. Lets consider the fact that most people tend to move on a Saturday because there are probably a good percentage of people who are off for the weekend. We had a HORRIBLE experience of picking up our truck on-line. We reserved the truck for 12 hrs. What should've taken 10 minutes, whole process took us 1 hour.?? Which cut into our 12 hr rental time. On the plus side the woman we spoke to pushed our 12 hr. reservation time up to start from the time we finally were able to get things working.Eric D S.
The time wasted waiting for the app pick up of my unit was quite timely. I will not use the app pick up option again!! I will not recommend using this option to others.Bill N.
I feel pretty self conscious about the amount of very personal information required to rent the truck. Submitting my head shot, location data and drivers license to uhaul seems like a lot of digitized instantly accessible information. in the future I believe I'll just rent from a location instead of using the app.Ross M.

tow dollies need to have something like a bicycle flag on them. Truck drivers can not see them and one ran into me today because of that.Anthony R.

Original pickup location was to be Automation LLC in Milton Pa on Arch Street. They were not at all intrested in my buisness nor did they have trailer available. Not impressed and would not recommend them to anyone. In fact Uhaul should rethink their representation of this companyRick D.
We reserved Thursday for a Saturday mobile pick up. No one knew. They didn't have hours on Saturday and had not set up for the mobile pick up. Thankfully an employee was there and after a 1/2 hour on hold to uhaul and a call to Baileys we were able to process our pick up. They were not aware of it at all. The employee verified that it had been placed Thursday and that someone must not have checked it. It was frustrating but it did work out in the end. It was nothing like the other smooth transactions I've had using other Uhaul sites.Adam B.

We were originally to pick up at the Penn Street, Williamsport location, to find out we had to drive to Allenwood to pick it up. We were told it could not be brought to the Wmspt location, which at Baileys they stated that is incorrect, they do transfers all they time. The employees are just lazy at this location and won't go out of their way to help customers. We were very discouraged with this news. You need to provide better customer service. Then I was to have 30 extra miles added to my contract, got my receipt and the miles were not added, so charged more than I should have been.Dean R.

I originally scheduled my pickup to be near my job and you re routed my pickup 20 miles away from where I originally scheduled my pickup and drop off. And cost me an extra 35.00 and the truck was filthy I had to clean it out before I used it. Next time I will use penske. 570 244 5376John H.

Baileys Auto Body was the third location that I was sent to pick up a truck. The first did not have the size truck I had reserved, the second was closed when I arrived. I was suppose to get a dozen moving furniture pads but Baileys did not have enough available. I had to then drive to a fourth location to get the furniture pads. Overall, I will NEVER rent a moving truck from UHaul again! Terrible experience!Brian T.

The entire process of finding a trailer to use was a nightmare. Nothing particularly bad about this location, but the trailer had a flat tire when we arrived so had to find a gas station to fill the tire.DALE S.
issues with reservation. Took forever to get equipment. Wrong price was charged and reversed. Truck was new but did not have cruise control which was terrible for a 2000 plus mile trip. Guzzled gas also to the tune of 5 miles per gallon!!! Not cool.......the 26 foot truck I used last month got better mileage.Colin E.

Person on duty was very good. He worked very hard to provide me with the process and requirements.JOHN M.
The inside of the truck had cigarette ashes in the cupholder and had a very strong cigarette odor. I did not think that people were supposed to be smoking in these vehicles. It made my drive from northern NH to western MA more uncomfortable than it needed to be. The inside of the cab of the vehicle should be checked for cleanliness as well as the storage compartment.
