Steve (owner) and his son were prompt, friendly, and very professional. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel great about the rental experience. I was able to rent the truck I needed and return it easily. The process of moving can be difficult and they made at least this part, for me, a breeze.

Mark AOriginally booked vehicle in Bailey for in person pick up. It was changed to Conifer (30 minutes away), and we assumed it would be the same. Drove to Conifer, and no one there so had to drive back to Bailey for a different truck. Person at Bailey location was accommodating, but your reservation service and confirmation was awful. Wasted

The Colorado one-way rental person through customer service for uhaul was unaware of the geography of cities in colorado. She had no idea what was a closer location and honestly didn’t seem to care to help the customer,

The owner is very friendly and personable, and is excited about being a U-Haul rental site, and not only has a nice size trailer but also has a nearly new Chevy pickup, which is what I rented. I highly recommend this U-Haul rental site!
