After the mess up with, reservering, not being able to pick up, this pickup location was the ONLY PLUS. to the whole uhaul experience

Steven WThey need to give their customers more than 6 day's to return the equipment, because of the different time zones, because of the Holidays, and for places that could be closed on September 11th. And that they need to have their drop boxes by the front door so that their customers can see that they have one. That's goes for all locations not just this one.

Jason FI have rented U-Haul’s before. But this was the worst experience from U-Haul I have ever had I will never use U-Haul ever again, and I will inform my friends not to ever use U-Haul. I made a reservation for my U-Haul two and a half weeks in advance five minutes away . A few days before my move I stopped at the U-Haul place and asked them about my reservation. He said it was out in the yard. One day before my move they sent me a notice that I got a drive over 38 miles away to get the U-Haul . He rented it out and wasn’t supposed to. Why do I make a reservation if you guys can’t keep it very poor. When I dropped off the U-Haul why was I charge $20 for paperwork that need to be filled out for the return that don’t make sense. Why am I paying them to do their job? They said that they were going to give me a discount I didn’t see it and they weren’t supposed to charge me for the gas to go get the truck I deduct it from the gas and they charge me for it. Why am I paying for gas when the truck was only five minutes away to begin with not 35 miles away. The bills supposed to be $230 total if you’re up to 270 because of all the extra charges you charge me I’ll never break from you guys ever again.
paul sI rented a car dolly and winched the car up on it by hand it would be nice to have an electric one. I’m a single female it wasn’t easy.

Christopher GLocation is great. Uhaul in general though has become a ripoff. They advertise $29/day for local yet after it’s all said and done your bill is $150 for less than 8 hours.

Dinesh HThey don't give you enough miles if you have to go out of town to get the truck. Say you have to go 30 miles out of town cause that's the closest one with all equipment you won't get enough miles to go back to town and move it so many miles then all the way to the other town out of state.

Thomas AWhen I rented the trailer I requested drop off in Mena, AR. When I go to return it the Mena location is not accepting drop offs. Had to spend 90 minutes of extra driving and time off work to drop off in Waldron.
RANDALL WAfter explaining numerous times that I didn’t know how to use the tow dolly, I was left to work on it myself. The worker gives me the keys and proceeds to help other clients for 30 minutes while I fuck with this dolly and youtube tutorials. As I’m finishing he comes out, I ask about the security chains, he says there isn’t a place for them on my car and they don’t matter (there is a place, and they do matter). So yes, I’m kinda pissed.

Jason NThey did not print us a contract, which led to the problems with being set up to return at the wrong location. They may have been having a printer problem. I did not immediately check the contract on my phone, which was my problem.

adrienne rI don't have an issue with the pickup location but have a major issue with U-Haul's reservation system. I made my reservation a month back to make sure I lock in the truck. I got a confirmation email that the reservation has been made and at the last minute, I was told that the pickup location is an hour away from where I requested. I wasted 2 hours driving that far to pick up. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the experience and will have to think twice before reserving anything with U-Haul if they cannot lock in a reservation for me.

judt nI got it. Then it started raining, I return it to reuse it again tomorrow. I lost money, I only had it for 46 minutes. I will not use it again.
