I have rented U-Haul's before. But this was the worst experience from U-Haul I have ever had I will never use U-Haul ever again, and I will inform my friends not to ever use U-Haul. I made a reservation for my U-Haul two and a half weeks in advance five minutes away . A few days before my move I stopped at the U-Haul place and asked them about my reservation. He said it was out in the yard. One day before my move they sent me a notice that I got a drive over 38 miles away to get the U-Haul . He rented it out and wasn't supposed to. Why do I make a reservation if you guys can't keep it very poor. When I dropped off the U-Haul why was I charge $20 for paperwork that need to be filled out for the return that don't make sense. Why am I paying them to do their job? They said that they were going to give me a discount I didn't see it and they weren't supposed to charge me for the gas to go get the truck I deduct it from the gas and they charge me for it. Why am I paying for gas when the truck was only five minutes away to begin with not 35 miles away. The bills supposed to be $230 total if you're up to 270 because of all the extra charges you charge me I'll never break from you guys ever again.
paul S.I rented a car dolly and winched the car up on it by hand it would be nice to have an electric one. I'm a single female it wasn't easy.

Dinesh H.They don't give you enough miles if you have to go out of town to get the truck. Say you have to go 30 miles out of town cause that's the closest one with all equipment you won't get enough miles to go back to town and move it so many miles then all the way to the other town out of state.

Thomas A S.When I rented the trailer I requested drop off in Mena, AR. When I go to return it the Mena location is not accepting drop offs. Had to spend 90 minutes of extra driving and time off work to drop off in Waldron.
RANDALL W.After explaining numerous times that I didn't know how to use the tow dolly, I was left to work on it myself. The worker gives me the keys and proceeds to help other clients for 30 minutes while I fuck with this dolly and youtube tutorials. As I'm finishing he comes out, I ask about the security chains, he says there isn't a place for them on my car and they don't matter (there is a place, and they do matter). So yes, I'm kinda pissed.

adrienne R.I don't have an issue with the pickup location but have a major issue with U-Haul's reservation system. I made my reservation a month back to make sure I lock in the truck. I got a confirmation email that the reservation has been made and at the last minute, I was told that the pickup location is an hour away from where I requested. I wasted 2 hours driving that far to pick up. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the experience and will have to think twice before reserving anything with U-Haul if they cannot lock in a reservation for me.
