I did not receive the dolly that I had rented
Jessica WBob is great to work with. He was on time and got the unit attached in no time. On dropping off I got to tell a potential customer how good the web reservation system worked and thst Bob was totally on top of the appointments customers make. Great experience.

Ronald RThe steering wheel would wobble. Insulation was busted; the loudest 4 hours of my life. Bob from North Towne Village in Black River Falls is a racist prick. Talked to me about how the town has “too much culture” and hurting black people. Hence why he moved out of it. That guy needs to go.

Karin WP/U location was changed from O'Connell in Neillsville where the agent spelled my name wrong, wrote my phone number incorrectly, and got the drop off zip code incorrect. As a result, when Uhaul tried to call, they couldn't get me. I happened to call to follow up, and learned I needed to go to Black River Falls to get a trailer. BRB Motors was great, but apparently my DL was also incorrect and tied me to another prior customer, so there was a delay while that was worked out. My patience was tested. BRB was very helpful!

Brandon HIt could be open, that would improve it. Returned truck at 4:00pm, location said it was open until 6:00 pm. It was hard to tell if it was really the place to return.

krysty mI would recommend this location for a drop off, but likely not a pick up. I did not go inside, as it was closed on Saturday, but the location did not look inviting.
