idk . but Shawn was great. quick and easy pickup
Larissa GThe app was clunky and cumbersome. I didn't start with the app when I reserved and it didn't seem to link my reservation when I downloaded and installed it. There wasn't a place to enter a pre-existing reservation and move forward. It somehow got connected but not sure how. Then the app couldn't determine I was at the location despite having permission. Then on one screen it would say I'm there but when trying to check in it couldn't locate me. That all said the staff at this location was excellent! At pickup he was very friendly and helpful and got me checked in quickly and easily. Return was even easier and faster. Will definitely use again for any rental needs and recommend to anyone they use uhaul at this location!
Marshall MThe pick up was great i would have rated them excellent the guy was nice no problem. The return was the issue they had a young girl working that knew nothing she said im sure they will check it in later. I would like a paper saying i dropped it off on time and that i wont be billed more. Inspite of that good place would recommend.

The rental agent at this location is extremely helpful, is very polite, is a very NICE PERSON and is fully attuned to customer service. The rental experience at this location is the best U-Haul experience I have had (and this is the third rental experience at this location). Thank you to all .. !!

Mae WBoth gentlemen that worked at the store were so helpful. They took time out of their day to help me hook up the trailer that I rented. And one man even let me borrow his adapter to make the trailer lights work through my truck. It was an all around great experience.
Natalie HThe man at the counter was rude and unhelpful. The man who helped take the trailer off my vehicle was nice. Inside the building had a bad smell. The parking area was extremely tight and was difficult to back the trailer in to a spot.

Leslie PYour reservation system needs a major overhaul. Would not let me choose a U-Haul drop off location that was near my destination. Why as a customer should I have to drive by 4-5 locations to deliver a trailer that’s 17 miles away? I had to call U-Haul reservations to get a closer drop off.

She also was verbally rude to my mother who was assisting me. Other then this one poor experience the facility was nice and convenient with the carts being easily accessible.

Andreas VHorrible. Got a lecture because I didn’t want to navigate or back up the trailer between gas pumps. He yelled at me and lectured that I shouldn’t have rented the trailer if I wasn’t a trainer trailer driver. I said I hadn’t had to maneuver backing up between gas lines before. He was horrible and not helpful. I parked it right behind another trailer that was completely safe and out of the way. A real jerk.

James YBetter customer service, more knowledge staff, improved cleanliness. Staff hooked trailer to my truck with out adjusting for barriers, I had to unhook and reposition the trailer to leave without hitting.

micheal DI was so impressed with the manager. He was ready for me when I showed up, ran the the paperwork real quick (I had prepared everything online before arriving) and was good to go!! I got to the truck and checked it out and it was perfect. I then realized I forgot to buy a lock. So, I went back in and asked about buying a lock and he offered to let me borrow one. What a great guy! Anyway, used the truck, returned it and had equally great service upon return. I have found my new favorite U-Haul location!!! Thank you!!
