The drop-off location was a BP gas station, not a U Haul dealer. I was not told this in advance and had to stop on the side of the road and ask if this was the correct location. i was then given a phone number to call to arrange drop-off of the truck. When i called, no one answered and the call went to voice mail. But the voice mail box was full so i could not leave a message. Fortunately when i tried the number again several minutes later, someone answered and told me to leave the keys with the service station and he would pick up the truck later. i told him about the mirror issue and took photos of the mirror and milage / gas gauge and sent them to him. I told me the company would "take care of me", implying I would receive some money back for this seriousness of the mirror malfunction. I guess i will believe it when i see it.

The mobile app needs work. The return process was abysmal. The app/webpage restated at least 3 times after submitting a photo as directed. Something that should have been quick was time consuming. I would have been better off going inside and checking out at the desk than continue to use the mobile check out app. I did complete the mobile check out and paid for the rental. The payment part was quick and easy since my credit card was on file as part of the reservation.

Just answer the phone upon my return of the vehicle. Other than that everything was wonderful!! Thank you. This representative on the phone was very pleasant and easy to work with . I shall rent from that location again.
