I had to hookup my own vehicle. Lady stood there while I got on the ground in sharp rocks to hook it up. Her husband sat in the SUV. Now I was more than capable of hooking it up but concrete or small gravel would have been preferable and I have never had a U-Haul place ask me to hook up my own trailer either. She wouldn't even guide me backing up. My wife had to get out and guide me. Would never in a million years rent from that location again.
