BERNARDINO RODRIGUEZI tried to use the app for after hours return but it didn't work. I tried several times to upload pictures it asked for but they didn't upload. I tried to call customer service for help but was told I was going to have to wait 25 plus min and it was 830 at night. Over all, using the app was great in renting the vehicle but returning was a nightmare.

LEON DAVISFollow state/county guidelines, regardless of your beliefs this is an establishment in the community for the community. Wearing a mask in your workplace protects the customers you are tending to. When your whole staff/crew at your business refuses to wear a masks you put your customers at risk.

Meiji TsutsuiLady who runs this place is the rudest woman on the planet. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I have lived in this area for over 30 years and I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. It's very sad, as the previous owners were wonderful people.

DEREK ALBERTMake the Uhaul website more user friendly for after hours drop off.... it was too hard to navigate and find the steps for online drop off. It was impossible to complete this task without help on the phone. Even the girl at Auto Works said "it's a joke." Also, I've been excessively charged twice for a total of $322 due to Uhaul errors that I had to fight to get refunded. The truck was new and clean but it needs air ride for a better experience.... my kidneys will never be the same. And get a decent radio in these trucks for crying out loud!! Seriously? No CD player? You try driving one of these trucks for 2400 miles and see what it's like! Over all, i would never do this again.
christopher ManackIt was clear that there was no secure after hours drop off. I and three other customers parked at the curb outside the locked fence. Because I had a trailer, I had to hitch, chain and lock it with my own combination pad lock to reduce risk of theft. I left combo # and gave up the lock.

ALLEN DEVANWhen I made the reservation I was picking the trailer up in Hesperia, Ca. with drop off in Lake Havasu City, Az. Two days before the pickup I got a text with a phone number to call regarding my reservation telling me the pickup location had been changed to Autoworks. The day before the pickup I got another text to call a number in Apple Valley which turned out to be Autoworks. By the time I saw the text they were closed. I left a message and showed up to pickup the trailer with no problems. After I picked up the trailer I drove to the location to load it and noticed the left tire appeared to be low. I checked the tire pressure and found there was only 14.5 psi in the tire. Fortunately I had access to an air compressor and inflated the tire to the proper pressure. The tire was on the outside edges consistent with being run under inflated. The tire was also cupped indicating it was in need of balancing. When I was done with the trailer I looked at the address to return and found it was in Havasu Lake, Ca. This about a 70 mile one way trip to drop off the trailer when there are at least five U-haul dealers in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I contacted U-Haul customer service and spoke with Heather who resolved the problem by finding a local U-Haul dealer to drop it off. When I dropped it off the proprietor was very friendly and told me this confusion about Havasu Lake, California and Lake Havasu City, Arizona occurs frequently.

jose DiazNot the fault of the location, but I reserved online in Barstow, was called saying there was no available the same day and was referred to a different location in Apple Valley with email confirmation. Got to that location and was told they don't have any trailers, showed them the confirmation email. They had to call traffic control to find out my reservation was moved to this 3rd location. This cost additional time and frustration that almost resulted in us not getting a trailer since no one knew which location the reservation got switched to. Only 3 hours after I picked up the trailer did I get an email saying my reservation had been updated to a different location.

Yancy WhitworthHaving to use my own cell phone to rent a trailer is not acceptable. When I asked "what if I didn't have a smart phone?" I was told that we would have a problem. I have never had to use my cell phone before when renting with U-Haul. And I have rented several times recently.
Richard WillisI had an 11am reservation. However, only one person was working the desk, so I had to wait until 11:25 before I was helped, because they were taking care of the person who was renting a truck when I got there. I would have liked to pick up the trailer at my reservation time, not 25-30 minutes later.

Eric MisbinThe trucks could use some maintenance. Mine had poor shocks--you could feel every bump--which may not be good for breakables.. There were no window-wipers--good thing it wasn't raining. Not the location's fault, but there should be some sort of maintenance for the vehicles.
Peter LeeYour online checkout and return service is absolutely downright horrendous. Took over an hour to pickup my uhaul because you kept rejecting my picture. Also, your live chat representatives are literally completely worthless. It tells me when the read my message, but it took over 40 minutes for someone to respond to me, then they closed the chat after 3 minutes...
