jeff rCheck-out and check-in were quick and painless, thanks. The truck was older, when I got out after driving it smelled like hot oil (or maybe coolant), but it operated fine and gauges didn't indicate any problem. I swept it out after I was finished with it and was sweeping out debris besides mine - nothing big but just obvious it hadn't been done in a while. And the ramp seemed to have oily residue on it, like it needed to be pressure-washed.

Miguel C3/4 tank full of gas when I picked up. Filled gas up to 3/4 tank line and returned truck with same amount of gas-3/4 of tank. However, was still charged fuel charges for 2 gallons of gas. Like, really?!?! Really???2 gallons??? If that's not what u call, petty....2 Gallons!!! SMH!!

leona mI've rented from many agencies over the years - most recently U-Haul, home Depot and Lowes. By far, U-Haul has the best deals locally. But I had a cross-country trip coming up and needed a box van for an 1800 mile trip, and that led me to comparing Penske, U-Haul and a few other options My experiences at Autoworks Service & Repair in Auroro, CO, were always so good, that I not only chose U-Haul, but I also chose that specific location as the ONLY choice offering what I needed at the right price. More importantly, the front desk staff has always been so helpful, that I knew getting this large scale rental from them was going to give me the peace of mind I wanted for this trip. U-Haul is a great choice, and Autoworks Service & Repair has perfect track record with me. These guys are great !
James ZI was in a rush when returning my truck so I cleaned it and got gas. then I took a picture of the odometer and gas gauge. dropped the keys inside and had them email the receipt. got the receipt later in the day and everything was exactly how they said it would be. the estimate was higher than my milage so everything was good. I would rent there again.

Ryan PAlthough I did hire movers and didn’t have communication with them. I ended up moving myself. So I need a refund. I attempted to call the line and no one ever answered
Savannah CI rented the truck for 6 hours but in reality you only get closer to 5:00 because it takes you at least 45 minutes and assistance from two different customer service reps just to figure out the combination for the lock box with the truck key. Got my day off to a slow start but the truck was nice and worked well.
Mike LI was greeted in a prompt, courteous manner. The truck was ready. Instructions were clear. It was a little difficult to see the sign, but the U-Hauls in the parking lot helped. :)

Alison MExplain and show all fees up front. Was quoted $60 online and had to pay $125 and I used the uhaul for 3 hours. Uhaul shifter super poorly and alignment was severely off.

Stephen HEveryone was friendly and professional. There was confusion on my bill and reservation, but the staff quickly resolved it.
Brandon MWe were missing the equipment add one for moving mats and a dolly. The truck clearance did not fit what we were loading so had to return immediately. We were loading in a hot tub to move that should have had ~5” of clearance, but ended up being about 5” too short so we did not even use the rental.
Ian HThis location sent out a u-haul that needed service before it ever left Denver. The radiator hose that should have been one piece was cobbled together in four pieces. It was leaking after the trailer was loaded. Could not find a part and the tech could only add additional clamps. Had to add radiator fluid at every gas stop. Truck finally quit running after we unloaded it.
scott aThe front desk staff at this location is highly professional, putting in the extra effort to match me with exactly the rental I needed. This is second time recently that I have rented from U-Haul. Soon I will come back agains to rent a cube van and 4 wheel car transport for an 1800 mile trip. It was this experience that both won my daily rentals away from Home Depot, and that convinced me that U-Haul was the best value. Your staff at this location made the difference. .
James ZDid not feel safe there, turned out to be a sketchy place.
Jennifer JFolks working the counter were incredibly rude. Location did not have furniture pads or a utility dolly like requested. Did not let us know prior to arriving and we were counting on both for our movers. We were forced to another location that was incredible clean and the service we received there was outstanding. Will never rent from this location again.
GEOFFREY CI go there even though it isn't the closest uhaul to me. I do it because of the staff. They are great.
