Truck that I was driving the front drivers tire came off and nearly killed me.

We did not receive the equipment that we reserved. Instead of a 26' we received two 15 ' trucks. This cost extra gas, insurance, and taxes. We also has to get an extra driver which cost an additional Hotel room. We asked to compensation, but did not receive any.

I can't think of anything. The location is small, but very convenient, and the comfy waiting room is a nice touch. You were so fast I didn't need it coming or going, but I could imagine sitting instead of standing if there were a line.

There is a U-haul location much closer to where we are moving to/from. It would have been much more convenient to use that location instead (Jewell/E470). I don't understand why I was able to book that location, but my reservation ended up at 16810 E. Iliff Ave. I would recommend either location, but moving takes time and when you have to drive across town instead of down the street, it's more time and money.

The truck's steering was "loose" and it was difficult to keep the truck going in a straight line. Definitely a high-mileage truck that has seen better days.

The check engine light was on. I picked up the rental with 1/4 of a tank of gas. Fill it up or at least 1/2 tank so your customers don’t have to worry about running out of gas before, we start out job. Service the vehicle so your customer doesn’t have to worry about it breaking down. I was upset because I returned the vehicle after 3 hours and I was charged an extra $20.

I rented a dolly with the trailer and they didn’t load it. I called later to have it credited back and they didn’t do it as of yet. It would have been helpful but I was moving things by myself and couldn’t go back to get it. It was a MAJOR inconvenience.

The right-side rearview mirror was broken and non functional. I had to use packing tape to keep it pointed so properly. That was very dangerous!

Truck kept stalling, even while driving. Tried to call the office several times to let them know, by the phone was never picked up. When I accidentally left my own keys in the truck after returning, there was no voicemail to let them know and no one picked up the phone the next day so I could tell them. Luckily, my brother went in person to get them. Nice people, good location—terrible service afterward.

Entire process of picking up my rental was terrible. I feel like the verification process should have been done at the time I registered on the website. I spent a half an hour at the location waiting for an approval and did not expect to have someone call my job. The required "photo shoots" of the truck and made things longer. I would have liked to have known that all U-Haul trucks do NOT have ramps. People at Autoworks were very nice and pleasant.

I was pissed I had to go to this location. It was an hour R/T out of my way, but the guy there was so nice, thoughtful, and kind. He even empathized with me having to go so far. Great to work with. Just wish your routing team was better.

Why on earth was I charged twice and improper information I opted for $14 safemove got charged the 28 my total was suppose to be $150 and I was charged that from the first location and $250 from the next

Drop off location doubled as a mechanics shop, so the overall feel and cleanliness reflected that. But the gentleman who assisted me,Johnny,more than made up for the physical building. Super helpful; and personable.

Make the 24/7 option faster. Still faster to have a live human do the process. Then the verification call, the person who called me was extremely rude and they hung up on me. Will never use the 24/7 option again. It takes way too long
