LaShaundra BI tried to return the u-haul and I was yelled at by an elderly man. He came out repeatedly yelling that they were closed. I informed him I wasn’t asking for service, just trying to return the rental as scheduled.I also asked him to stop yelling at me. Another man chimed in and told me, “he’s not yelling, it’s just how he talks”. Given my overall experience I had with the company mishandling my reservation. I had to go to 3 separate locations and paid twice for a reservation I scheduled weeks ago. This was the last thing I needed from this company and/or representatives.

Ken MFriendly. I am a return customer because of their convenience of time and location in Claremont near areas. Make sure they have van and truck available before arrival even with the reservation. It is limited supply.

Erica RMy appointment was at 11. My ETA to this location was at 10:55. I got a call at 10:53 if I was going to make it or not and I answered yes I was going to be there at 10:55. Man started yelling that if I didn’t make it in time he was going to close and I even repeated that I was only a few mins away. Mind you he mentioned to me that he closed at 12 pm. I even asked him again how am I goin to loose it in Im only a few mins away. He yelled “because thats how it works. I angry repeated that I was going to be there at 10:58 now because I had to stop on the side of the rode trying to understand why he was giving that attitude.

Holly KThey can leave their lot open so that people can leave their rental vehicles there after they have closed. I was unable to leave my rental truck their because they were closed and I had to drive back there the next morning just to drive the vehicle into their lot and close my rental agreement. Would have been great if I could have parked it on their lot and dropped my keys through their mailbox and then their employees can just finish closing my rental when they come in the next morning. That's how other uhaul rental places do their business and I don't understand why it's not like that at all Uhaul places. But other than that, I had a great experience at that location.
Thomas BWhen I showed up I had to wait a while because the only man on counter was on phone with some customer. When I returned I waited long while for anyone to come out. I was in a hurry.
