Truck was dropped off after hours on Sunday
James CVery helpful in at this location. The only thing that I was not aware of is the extra charge that I incurred for them helping us to hook up the car dolly. I think this should be in the contract so we know there is an upcharge for help.

Jesus BHuge thanks to the owner of Autobahn who came in and setup my truck when he was scheduled to be closed. I'm extremely disappointed in Uhaul Corp or dispatch who screwed me around and sent me all over town and kept changing my reservation.

KATINA WI was never told there is a 3 day minimum. I had to wait until 2 pm eventhough the sign on the door said text for a uhaul. Lastly, I can not believe Uhaul charges customers to help tie down a car.
Anita II would have liked to be able to check my Uhaul in formally. I was just told to leave the equipment there & the right guy would check it in later. I just felt a little uncomfortable with this but it all turned out ok. Super friendly and would recommend. Loved that I was able to drop it off on Saturday. Thanks for being open on weekend.
Rames GThe Dickinson location does not like to answer the phone. Hard to connect with staff. The better of the two locations would be Rooney Street where Oscar runs it. He is much more personal and friendly. Isaiah at Dickinson needs to learn how to run his business better.

Stephen GWow. Isaiah and Frank really went above and beyond to help me out! Because of my moving schedule, they agreed to meet me after hours to hook up my car for towing so I wouldn’t have to stay in town another night. They also gave me great advice on how to improve my fuel economy on our long haul. I greatly appreciate them! They deserve all the accolades.
Christina CI opted for the 30 dollar u haul insurance which payed for itself, hit a deer on interstate 10 @ night , damaged trailer, dropped off no problems.

Norman MI used a car hauler trailer . Better location to be easily backed up to access trailer. Trailer was positioned in front of corner location.
