Said you have to keep it until Monday. What kinda U-Haul place closes on a Saturday mid afternoon?? Didn't need that added stress

The location was excellent! However the Uhaul app is terrible!! I waited in the middle of nowhere for 2 hrs and still could not get my truck. The time of day was hard enough without the added stress of having to pay people who didn't work until the next afternoon.
Sharon TEither open hours listed wrong on U-Haul website, or sometimes they close early. Drop off was easy and the representative was friendly and polite.
Steven MCustomer service was not open…. Called and was rude…. Charged for items we clearly refused. If all U-Haul was like this I will never rent a U-Haul again.
Jerry LNothing wrong with the location but not my planned pickup location. Also, the size of the truck was changed from my original reservations as well.

Marshall KThe location was fine and the vehicle was clean and well maintained. However, using the app to try to return the truck was a hassle. We were not able to return on the UHaul app and had to go to UHaul.com to try and return it. We were able to return it that way and verified as retuned. However the next morning I received a call from a gentleman stating that the truck was showing as not retuned and overdue. That was not the case. Even though I had rented for 24 hours, the truck was returned the same day. The gentleman who called to check on the vehicle was vey understanding and helpful. I explained the situation concerning the app and then the process that we used online. He stated that he would check into it for me. I also received an email stating that the truck had not been returned and was late which again was not the case. I responded to the email with the same information. They worked to resolve it and found that the truck had been delivered ahead of time and the situation was resolved.

ZACKARY WI dropped of the unit on Saturday and they did not list it as returned until Monday. Resulting in an additional charge. I called on Saturday to report it returned but that obviously did not work. May need to do different next time!!!
VINCENT HCheck to see if check engine light is on and outside mirrors are clean. I understand that I could have cleaned them myself but we were pushed on time. It was not so bad as to be a driving hazard, just some bird droppings on the mirror upon pickup. Was not going to be petty about it. Thank you for your continued good work in maintaining working vehicles.
James WPicked up after hours. Received a phone call from UHAUL rep. as soon as I pulled onto the lot. Very fast and easy.
Michael MEquipment was not checked in by staff even after I asked them clearly if they needed any additional information and that everything would be handled. However, U-Haul facilities are known for being very bad about checking in equipment so I did extra documentation to ensure I would not be charged a late fee because they did not do their job.
JASON AThe online process was horrible. The location where I originally reserved the vehicle was changed to a location further away so that added additional miles to my trip. Then, When I arrived I was told the vehicle was not rented to me so we got that fixed after a lengthy delay. The vehicle had potato chip crumbs in the cabin ( which I cleaned upon return) the tire gauge lights were on so we had to have the tires inflated at their shop before we could leave. The lights never went off. Then I returned the truck at 7:30 pm on the night before it was due back the next morning @ 9:15. I once again used the online link given to do this. I uploaded the photos etc. and get a notice email today saying I cannot be reached and the van has not been returned. This was not a good experience.

Anthony BU-haul app is horrible as well. It did not work to allow me to check out or upload existing damage photos properly. I then could not use it to turn in my truck properly at an un manned location. spent 2 hours trying get get proper help with chat and website to work right so i could turn in the truck.
Joshua MToo many cars parked on the lot making it difficult to navigate with a trailer in tow.
