I wasn’t even greeted, it felt like I was bothering the guy who was working there. I understand his primary business is a tire shop but there was only one person ahead of me and then I was helped, after he ran my card he went and took care of a customers car who came 20 minutes after me and then told me he will get to me in 15 minutes while he tends to the vehicle that came in after I arrived. He didn’t go over anything or checklist. It wasn’t until later we discovered some of the tow had rust and a piece was broken off, but again he never had reviewed the car with us. I took pictures for proof in case anyone came back and said I damaged anything but clearly rust takes time and was done long before I used the truck. I wasn’t aware or informed about how much gas to return the tank with so upon my return I just accepted the 30 dollar fee for whatever level of gas it was supposed to be returned as. I only was given a truck with half a tank of gas.
