Very busy with diesel customers. I had to go around back and hook up trailer without help from staff. The back lot was muddy and a challenge with a 26' truck without a spotter. The staff was courteous. Need to be patient when picking up at this location.

Once again, and for the last time, your app blew it. You will lose customers if you don't pull it. Regional director had to fix what your app screwed up, but only after another uhaul bp Adkinson office went out of their way to call my situation to regional's attention. I will never recommend uhaul again

Had two 26' U-Hauls and one was clearly nicer and better maintained. They refused to let me take the nicer one. I had to take the worst truck I have ever rented from U-haul across 7 states. Worst experience.

Ken the agent was very busy and said we rented in the wrong place but we called their store specifically because it was near our storage shed We had trouble getting the trailer on the truck and had to walk back and get the keys. It took 45 minutes to get the truck and trailer and we were almost late to meet the movers. Later when the trailer was full it popped off the ball and sparks were flying on the interstate. The uhaul roadside assistance never got anyone to help us. We set on the narrow side of interstate for five hours. We would like a refund and a manager to call us at 8083673514. We have rented four trucks in the past two months and this time was the worst

my U-Haul was not clean, there was like 15 blankets that were dirty and unfolded and I had to fold them when I returned the U-Haul. they weren't even mine. secondly, my U-Haul had a mess I've leak in the back left corner and I have some property damage. there was also an issue with the right hand mirror as it doesn't stay in place and makes it nearly impossible to see the right side of the truck…

The UHaul truck rented to us was badly damaged in several places when we picked it up. Immediately took photos of the damages and uploaded them to UHaul so we would not be accused/charged for the damage when we returned the truck.

Didn't tell us we were being charged extra for mileage and we just found it out online. When we called they said call the one eight hundred number and that agent was rude and said call back tomorrow because she was about to get off work. It is hard moving and this was not a good experience

Unfortunately this was not the first location I went to on my pick up day. The original location had no idea their trailer was broken until I got there to hook it up…then I had to drive 45 minutes (1.5 hours total) to this other pick up location to get the trailer.

Yall can improve on having requested items for customers when we make reservations for an uhual truck because there is never a dollie on the truck when requested and then yall still charge us customers. And also that makes it harder for your customers to move there items out their home, which will make it to where the customer will probably need additional days to move. I'm not happy with the way uhual do business because if I made reservations for a truck and requested an dolly why would yall not put the dolly in there truck before the uhual store closed so I would of had an dolly so my work would of been easier, I really think yall don't care because I was still charged for each day I had the uhual. Thats bad customers service and just service period.
