Unfortunately this was not the first location I went to on my pick up day. The original location had no idea their trailer was broken until I got there to hook it upâ€¦then I had to drive 45 minutes (1.5 hours total) to this other pick up location to get the trailer.Kino M.

Yall can improve on having requested items for customers when we make reservations for an uhual truck because there is never a dollie on the truck when requested and then yall still charge us customers. And also that makes it harder for your customers to move there items out their home, which will make it to where the customer will probably need additional days to move. I'm not happy with the way uhual do business because if I made reservations for a truck and requested an dolly why would yall not put the dolly in there truck before the uhual store closed so I would of had an dolly so my work would of been easier, I really think yall don't care because I was still charged for each day I had the uhual.
