I requested a dolly and there wasn't one in the truck during pick up and no body was present to assist with the problem

Have a person work that area and do the paperwork verses online your online app and info is horrible. We were there over an hour trying to make it work to get the truck!!! Horrible app and slow Man people is important and very much needed!!!! No more apps to pick up or drop off the truck.
Alex BIt took us 1 hour to get keys. There was no signage to locate the box for keys. We ended up speaking with a representative who walked us through the checkin process and was able to help us find the key box.
William OEverything was great. Could have the Trucks parked with more fuel but it still worked great!
John FThe Check in process needs to be improved… once at the pickup location I spent over 1 hour completing the app steps to get the keys to the truck. I would recommend you drive an additional 5 miles to Belleview & eliminate the hassle of using the app.
Steve AI will never, ever, ever recommend a location that only uses the mobile app to do the rental. The mobile app is absolute garbage and it took me over 20 minutes and a very frustrating phone call with customer service just to get into the van. Such a shame, I used U-Haul many times over many years. But as soon as they introduce this mobile app, and ONLY being able to use the mobile app - and not with a human - things went downhill. I don't think I'll ever use U-Haul again because of the mobile app. There's definitely a reason the app has 2 stars.
John FThere was no code to get in for the 24/7 pick-up which led to a long night of phone calls and trying to get out truck but ultimately having to get it in the morning. That really sucked. Customer service for U-Haul was amazing and everyone we talked to was so kind and really tried to help but it was out of their hands because the location had not provided a gate code to get onto the property to get the truck after hours. Even with the location able to do the 24/7 pick-up on your phone.
