Had to stand inside for 15 minutes while the worker answered phone call after phone call right in front of me, knowing I was waiting for him to give me the keys. Truck came with literally no gas. I was told I would receive money back for filling the tank. Still haven't gotten any money and it has been a month.Emily W.

The gentleman who assisted me was very good and tried his best to do the right thing. The process was not sunk due to his efforts. It is not his fault he was not very experienced with the process. The rest of the process was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The App check in was confusing. The software was not clear. The process needed to be confirmed on his UHaul terminal. It was ABYSMAL at best and horribly bad at worst. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to rent a truck from you. There really isn't a competitor so I have no real choice. Too bad. It was a bad experience that if I need a truck again, I'll need to hold my nose and rent thru this mess again. Only difference - I'll rent from a larger UHaul center where I have more experienced people behind the counter. The gentleman behind the counter at Audio XTC was not the problem, he was just inexperienced. THAT isn't his fault.Jeffrey F.
Customer service help line is zero help. My husband and i have rented twice from uhaul now both times were the worst. Headlight out and got pulled over Paid for a dolly that was broken truck had no ramp. Second truck the power steering was going so driving it was horrible. I waa tild $148 and waa billed $248 and then had to wait to days to get my money back.Holly T.
I was not given a choice of drop off locations or even asked where I wanted to drop it off. I had to have truck back by 9:00am and the place was not open until 10:30. I did not have a cell phone with me to be able to check the truck in. It would have been nice if I had been told these things in advance.DOUG G.

There was no one with any knowledge of drop off procedures when I returned the truck. The attendant on duty was unaware if my early drop off was entitled to a discount.Philip O.

First I was charged for insurance that I didn't want Then when I arrived at my destination I opened the back and it was loaded with hand trucks, furniture pads and U-Haul brochures Brought the truck back to empty it and had to call for credit for the miles I used Never rent from them again I will go to the U-Haul store where I am a frequent renterEric F.
After asking the Uhaul vendor (not an actual Uhaul location) to attach an auto transport trailer to my truck, he did (so i thought) and told me i was "good to go". Drove about 2 hours to my destination via the PA turnpike. Upon loading the vehicle, the trailer let loose from my hitch and significantly damaged the tailgate of my truck. Upon return, the vendor admitted that he did not fasten the trailer to the hitch. He only connected the chain. He also was not interested in actually seeing the damaged caused to my truck. He also never gave me the appropriate equipment pamphlet or explained the safety features of the trailer. I would NEVER rent from an non-uhaul location again. They just don't take the time to do things properly as an actual uhaul dealer location does.JOHN A.

I ordered my Uhaul online. I ordered the 10' truck along with an appliance dolly online order. The Dupont PA location for pickup did not have the appliance dolly, the Uhaul location made a phone call to Uhaul and then told me to pick up an appliance dolly at the Duryea location, I arrived at that location and that location was closed, I called the number at that location and they told me that they were closed on Thurdays. So this was a big disappointment on behalf of the Uhaul Company. I ended up calling a friend that happened to have an appliance dolly and it worked out, just a bummer that we had to drive around to different locations to try to track down equipment.mark K.
