I booked this (with a Uhaul customer rep over the phone at the 800 number from Uhaul website) with specific date, time and pickup location and drop off location (this was a one way 5x8 enclosed trailer). Received and printed the email confirmation. The day before pickup, the text message reminder I received had a pick up time 3 hours later than I requested and was on my confirmation. I had to call to get that corrected. When I got to pick up location, the "Uhaul man" was gone... "to run errands"...was told he would be back in 30 min to 1 hour... to "come back because no one else was trained to do it". I was not the only customer waiting. These were SCHEDULED pick ups....why on earth would you leave with no one cross trained when pickups were scheduled to arrive!?!?!? So I re-work my plan and go to get other work done for move out and will come back. About an hour later I get a phone call from Audio Concepts to see if I was still coming to pick up the trailer....A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT location that I had never requested, was never discussed and was no where on any of my confirmation or paperwork! The fellow at Audio Concepts was quick, efficient and most personable! I have rented many, many times from Uhaul and have never, ever had this much of a problem. Thank goodness the guy at Audio Concepts took the time to call me! I feel bad for the other customer that was just left waiting at the Delta MiniMart #15... that's just not good business to leave and have no one crossed trained!

It was a fight it customer service to get the truck there. I had 2 verbal and a written commitment to have it there only to find out it would be 35 minutes away. Mrs. Green was very helpful and pleasant. The location people were helpful and supportive.

The attendant was not very knowledgeable about the car hauler I rented. If it weren’t for the manager there I may have had damage to my vehicle or other vehicles on the road. Also he neglected to point out that the left fender on the unit folded down to make exiting the vehicle being towed possible without having to crawl out the window.

The man who helped me was named Andre I wanted to show my thanks. He went above and beyond to help me. I had had to go to Panama City Beach to rescue my sister after the hurricane on the way there my jeep broke down there in Ruston so on the way back I had to rent a truck and a car hauler to pick up my jeep and get it home plus drop off the rental car it would’ve taken me hours to do this by myself and I’ve already been driving 10 hours it took very little time because of Andres help and I got back on the road quickly and got home safely. Thank you again Andre. God bless you.

Nothing, I received great service and the process was quick. The vehicle was clean as well.

I was charged for cleaning at the drop off location when I was under the impression that I left it the way I got it with more fuel than before I rented but I think that was a pep for the drop off location I mean they did have to get a fee for the so called free rental space there.

Easy hassle free drop off and very close to my move in location. No complaints

No idea why U-Haul Corporate changed drop off location to Ruston, LA. Our reservation was to drop of in Portland, OR. Portland Office on Lombard St was great. Sort it out, U-Haul.

OMG where do I start. 30 days ago reservation for 10 foot One-Way. 3 days before, get a call - truck in Monroe not Ruston, I will have to go to Monroe. I need truck to be in Ruston, not Monroe! - plenty of advanced notice of need. Sorry sir, yes sir, truck will be there in Ruston sir. Truck comes from Monroe the day of need (not on-time and not the correct size), truck goes to wrong U-haul store in Ruston. No help from first LOCAL. Wrong store rents the truck out. Wrong store promises me I can get it Sunday AM. Sunday AM wrong store is CLOSED! No help. Regional office finds me a truck at 3rd U-haul location in Ruston. 26 footer. Convince 3rd store I need smaller, so they gave me 17 footer. Tried to charge me for a 17 footer! On and On And On... U-Haul WEBSITE is not connected to ACTUAL inventory. No Help from LOCAL, No Real help from Regional Office in Shreveport. Fly by the pants operation. They are so used to lying and bullshitting customers.

Will never use Uhaul AGAIN...EVER. I will definitely be going out of my way to find a Penske, Budget or Enterprise truck rental location.
