David LWas charged a higher mileage rate then what was listed on the website. Mileage was also listed incorrectly to what was on the odometer and we were charged for fuel even though we returned it at the same level it was rented at. When quested at the charges at the store no manger was on duty. We ended up getting everything resolved but it was really inconvenient, and time consuming.

James SThe people at Aubuchon hardware in Lisbon Maine or unbelievably nice, came out and actually looked at the car dolly with me and went over everything with paperwork talk to me about how poor this experience was and were nothing short of polite and helpful. The uhaul associate saw that the slings was rusted shut on both sides and was planning on greasing them.
