Extremely complicated for my needs. I was moving for work and needed a truck, blankets and a utility dolly. I booked with one location and was moved here. Awful experience. The process to get your keys is difficult as the locks are old and trying to make them work is a nightmare. Would not recommend this place for occasional movers or anyone on a tight timeline.
