Vehicle wasn’t really clean but location is friendly and very convenient

JULIO IThe vehicle did smell like cigarettes and that was annoying. Otherwise the staff was helpful when I needed it which is very important. Absolutely plan to use again with my next move!

joel mIn the day 12/31/25 5:30 pm in Justin tower and storage was my pick up but was not equipment for this reservation I have to call you wait about two hours and the person I contact was no so nice and she give me another reservation in Brooklyn I live in queens I believe I pay a lot of money for bad service
Aldo BKey fob was not working well. Van smelled like smoke. Trolley was left in the car.
DAVID PThe counter agent can mention that i will receive a text to verify the license plate. I did not see the text until much later. We also received charges that did not make sense. I need an explanation of these charges.

RONALD SMaintain the trucks because the truck I rented had the oil change light and the tires were low on pressure. The driver's seat didn't move forward or backward or recline. Also the passenger seat was in poor condition.
JOSE PWhy above average its not your typical uhaul place that's crowded or people doing 101 things and no service this location is low key & nobody was there outside or trying to help unlike certain uhaul walk in front desk receptionist spainsh just keep on talking & talking to another customer while I waited to be next she could ask me when i got in or greet me when i got in took like 5/10 mins to finish talk to another lady then ask me she could of multitask would been much faster yes lady was there busy talking spainsh before i got there so she stop & hell me i just wanna get in & get out thats all nothing more ! Gracias

EULOGIO TPlease tell costumers about all hidden fees for a 19.99 posted rental for 1 day i ended paying $286 just going to NJ and back to Brooklyn i was a few hours late for the drop off time and i was charged a full day and if you know that you going to charge me a full day when i called why didn't you say so at that point i didn't have to rush or still use the rental for the extra day

STALIN SI Had a smooth and hassle-free experience at Atlantic Products in East New York! Tatiana, the sales agent, was incredibly helpful and made the drop-off process quick and easy. Though I couldn't return the truck with the original fuel level, it was no issue; they simply charged a reasonable refill rate, which I appreciated given the convenience. Highly recommend this location for a seamless rental return!
RYAN SI booked my first truck a weekend advance and was guaranteed a truck then Monday of the following week I received a message saying that there was no truck available and that I would be accommodated so I was assigned a new location the second location that I was assigned to told me I was on the waiting list. This all happened Wednesday, which was two days before my move so then I switch my reservation to another location that has a truck guaranteed The date of my move which was scheduled for pick up at 6:30 in the morning I'll go early with the 24/7 option you can go an hour early when I arrive with the truck, I get a note that says there's been an issue with your equipment. Please contact this number so I'll call customer service to find out that the location that guaranteed a truck for me never assigned the truck so from there the representative assigned me a truck at another location so at this point, I've been assigned four different locations and each one gets further and further away from where I live, which adds mileage onto the 30 miles that you give with the rental and it adds on to the amount of gas that I use which takes money out of my pocket because we are supposed to refill the truck before we return it so now I'm forced to spend more money on situations caused by U-Haul not my own doing Then when I get to the final to pick up the truck the app is malfunctioning. I once again have to speak to a U-Haul representative. Also, it needs to be a clearer description of where to pick the keys up from nothing that I stated in this other than the key pick up is a knock against the specific pick up location, but with the first three locations that I was assigned.

STALIN SThe only thing that comes to mind is an explanation on how to operate the side mirrors on the Rams. The levers are nowhere to be found. Otherwise, FLAWLESS customer service and experience. ¡Gracias!

RICHARD WThe back of the van when opened contained a constructed makeshift bed for someone. The cab also contained a smelly garbage bag behind the passenger seat. We got an employee to dispose of the trash on the back but this is unacceptable.

STALIN STL/DR: He KNOWINGLY gave us a truck with a defective battery. First of all, fix the app. It's horrible. The app cannot scan the QR codes on the trucks. We sat there for 40 minutes trying to get the apps to work. We had to wait 20 minutes on the line for customer service to pick up. Next, fix the locks on your dropbox. After we got through with customer service, we couldn't remove the locks on the dropbox due to rusty, defective combination locks. One of the guys there had to use a saw to cut the lock off which took another 10 minutes all together. Finally, the guy there goes to get our truck and it looks good to go. We get it to our apartment to load and after we finish the truck wouldn't start, battery dead. We had to wait an hour for road-side assistance to get there and try to troubleshoot it. Turns out the batter was old and corroded and wouldn't hold a charge. We had to get the truck jumped then followed the roadside-assistance mechanic to an AutoZone to buy a battery. Too many failures at a single location. Get a better app, get new workers (?), and get rid of shady employees who KNOWINGLY sell bad equipment.
jermaine rIt’s a very old van .. time line was very bad.. I was ragivation for 6am even I spoke with representative she said no problem but they gave me at 8am..when I went there it was close and we really got hard time with 15” truck .. I had very bad experiences from them
EMDADUL HAC need fix
Eddie HThe truck wasn't in the best of shape. The handle on the driver's side kept coming off when I tried to open the window and it was raining during the trip. This was bought to the representative attention and she said nothing. We believe that we were over charged for the truck. We had to take the truck for two days and only need it for a day. We made a complaint at the drop off location but the supervisor when got in contact with us. It was an awful experience renting the Uhall truck.
