When I talked to the guy on the phone he made it seem like someone would be there to help. After I found the location which wasn't right on the GPS, no one there to help me. I called the emergency number in the window and they couldn't help. So after sitting on hold with uhaul for an hour. They finally send me an email to do my check in. It took forever to get my truck and made me late to pick up my moving help. I had to pay them extra and pay for the extra gas to drive the uhaul truck back home an hour since I originally had a reservation in Muskogee. It got cancelled and moved to this Oneta location which is an hour away. To top it all off you charged me for having the truck back late. The only nice person was the one I spoke to on the phone at uhaul after I was ticked off with the whole deal. Horrible service !! Uhaul should make this right!Hunter F.

Vendor staff was not there for the normal hours of the location. I was left on my own with no way to obtain the keys to the truck. I was on the phone for over an hour with the uhaul customer service line trying to figure it out. Absolutely unacceptable.Chris K.
Weird drop off set up. I was originally supposed to drop off Total Stop Inc on Elm in Broken Arrow. I received a call from Bob telling me there was no space and I needed to take it somewhere else. Bob was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I asked where I could drop it off. You should eliminate Total Stop from the Uhaul family.John B.

This was not the original drop off location. I was suppose to drop it off at 26261 E 111TH ST COWETA, OK 74429. When I arrived, the lady refused to take my uhaul and accused me of stealing it because I didn't have a paper contract in hand. Then she told me she wasn't a drop off location and that I needed to find another place to take the truck. I then ended up dropping it off at 6700 E New Orleans St Broken Arrow, OK 74014.logan E.

Local UHaul phones MUST be answered. Unacceptable to be unable to contact a location and verify storage reservation, which ended up not being available nor known until after the move had been completed and we ended up having to utilize Aspen Square when the Broken Arrow UHaul failed to have the storage we reserved.Kathi A.

I accidentally locked my keys in the truck at night. I tried roadside assistance but they said I'd have to pay for a locksmith. So I waited for the next morning when they opened and called for over an hour with no one answering the phone. Finally got through and the â€œfloaterâ€ (she said she didn't normally work there) didn't even know that she was a uhaul store. Said she forgot it was uhaul as well as storage. She couldn't open the lock box and had to call the manager to figure out how to get the keys out to open the truck to find my keys. Also when I rented I was not told a time to bring the truck back by so I estimated. I was not told if I would be late it would be a second day charge.Ashley L.

Make sure that the requested and paid for equipment is in the unit that is being picked up. Then the customer service reps are not very helpful. I had to go 8 miles out of the way to pick up the furniture dolly. It was a terrible experience and put us an hour and a half behind schedule.Carol P.
