The owner, William Gazard, went above and beyond. He saw us struggling with the U-Haul app and came out to help us even though the actual store was closed(Sunday). Great service and van was the perfect size.Brian E.
Location & gentleman staffing the location were very good. However, the 10 foot truck (TM 3396F) I was given was totally unacceptable. It had in excess of 121,000 miles of wear & tear and required (as instructed by the rental agent) forcefully turning the steering wheel aggressively while turning the ignition in order to start the truck. And even with this ridiculous effort, it still took at least 4 tries to start the truck each time I needed to start it. The vehicle should be taken out of circulation. Paying customers should not be given such terribly flawed vehicle & I will be requesting a refund.Michael M.

The mobile pick up/return process is an absolute nightmare. Pages refreshed so many times and/or didn't load causing me to have to sign in again. When bringing the truck back, I gave up on the process when I had been trying to submit the picture of the odometer at least 10 times. Took pictures of the truck in case needed, dropped the keys in the mailbox, and called it a day.LAUREN C.

The online return is vague and frustrating. The instructions need to be specific about the photos. I took the photos, locked the van, and put the keys in the drop box. The self return app will not take photos from memory. Then I spent 30 more minutes on hold for a representative, however once I connected, she was AWESOME.Richard B.

The online app was terrible. Trying to pick up the truck it did not work and if the attendant was not avail when supposedly closed I would ot have been able to get it. Then the same thing happened while trying to return the truck. I could not get the app to register the photo of odometer and gas gauge. I had to call the phone number which was difficult to find as not on any paperwork. It finally did work out. The truck was good, the people were good, the phone app was terrible. Maybe that location does not have good enough 4GLTE service. I don't know but it really was a pain in the a$$.dana W.

The day before I watched the video describing the process that did not mention anything like that. Fortunately my wife was available to confirm that I was picking up the truck. The experience I had renting the van didn't start out great but ended up being an outstanding experience. Unfortunately I first went to anther uHaul location in the same town to pick-up the van. The person who assisted me made it feel like I was doing him a favor by renting at this location. After we realized I was at the wrong location I left and found the correct place. The office was clean, air conditioned and the van was exactly what I wanted. The associate that assisted me was very friendly and couldn't have been any nicer. I've already told 2 friends to use this location if they need to rent a uHaul in the future. thanks.Richard Z.

There was limited space to park the U-haul. It had to be parked along a brick wall which is at an angle and in such a way that it didn't block entrance into the mini storage driveway or the building. Luckily there was room for the truck. But I can only imagine how difficult it would be if there was more than 2 trucks already parked when a customer needs to drop a 3rd u-haul, especially after hours.LATASHA P.
