The pickup location was ok. U-Haul as a company is awful. Made me drive 58 miles to pick up the truck. There was no moving pads there. Went to another U-Haul dealer to get the pads near where I was going to pickup furniture, they had no pads and I had to go another place to get them. U-Haul hung up on me 3 times when I called to get more miles since the place I picked up the truck was 38 miles from where I was originally supposed to get the truck. If there was another place to rent a truck at there price I would definitely rent it from them.

The online check in to pick up the uhual was an absolute mess. It took me an hour just to check in & finally get my truck. The online process needs fixed because it didn't work for me. I had to call to be able to get the uhual. The photos they ask for, wouldn't upload and it kept saying memory low when I have more then enough memory on my phone. I also couldn't pick the uhual up until I paid an extra $102 just to be able to pick it up. It would have been nice to be notified of the extra $ due when I reserved the truck, not at the time youre picking the truck up. What if I didnt have the extra $102? I wouldn't of been able to get a truck at all. This whole process was honestly a mess & very frustrating! Then I get charged over $20 for gas. Joke. Never again will I be renting from uhual.

I was scheduled to pick my truck up in Wintersville, OH when the rental was approved. I get a call the day before saying they don't have the truck that I WAS APPROVED FOR in that location that I needed to pick it up 30 miles away. So because I had to move out of my apartment by that weekend I had to do it. I was charged for the miles that shouldn't have counted because it was 60 miles out of my way to get it and drop it back off. I was told my rental fee would be taken off for the “inconvenience” and it never was. Horrible service due to calling the day before and making the customer pay the extra miles that wasn't needed or planned for to begin with. To top it off the cab of the truck was disgusting. With covid still being a huge thing in the world the inside of the truck looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 6 years. It was overall a HORRIBLE experience

There were no clear directions anywhere on where to drop off the uhaul. Had to park on the street and run inside to find a anyone. Also being new to the area I didn't know my way around. The guy working there said he couldn't take the truck and park it so I had to drive around the city to find where they parked it. Very bad location and not helpful staff

First the ubox was 3 days late. The truck the was going to deliver it broke down, next day waiting on parts, the next day flat tire. Then when it should have been picked up from my residence it was not. Then I received an email stating that they will not take my payment from my account until the 20th. They took it out on the 14th...which overdrafted my account. Said they were going to reimburse me for the overdraft fee......they did not. Unfriendly. customer service is the worst. Will choice another company.

Online check in was a nightmare and wouldn't work. Had to go to main office which is 1/2 mile from truck to check in. Ended up taking an hour to get the truck. Paid for a furniture dolly but received a regular one. Because of the set back i couldn't make it back by 2pm drop off time and was charged an additional $20. The online drop off was also a nightmare and wouldn't work. Tried calling customer service but the wait time was over an hour. Requested a call back but never got one. Called again the following morning and got right through. That representative was very polite and made sure the drop off was complete. Overall got charged $150 for my truck that is advertised at $30 per day. Will not use this company again.

The truck interior smelled like a stale ashtray and the cupholder tray was filthy. It was not day old filthy but the tray appeared to have never been cleaned.

I reserved a 17" truck last Fri and when I arrive for the 4 PM pickup time there is no 17' truck, There was no ETA on the truck so as I waited about 30 mins later another customer returned a 15' and the fella asked if I wanted it. I asked if there was any word on the one I reserved 2 weeks in advance and he said all he got was and ASAP... so I decided to take the 15 as really had no choice. Was very disappointed, and we are not fans of passing the buck. We really appreciate the " oh well things happen" its corporates fault , not ours from the desk crew there. Anyoo I probably would reach for another renter next time honestly... thanks

Well not happy with the billing truck was 39.95 insurance 14 something mileage .79 went a little over one mile so maybe 75-80 dollars i assumed my card would be charged i did not select safe moving option i was only mpving 2 blpcks sown the street not need and my bill is 111 so it was 30- 40 dollars more than I expected to be charged

The truck needed greased. The tierod ends were dry. (Made popping when turning) the idle arm dry. The king pins were dry. Made a rough driving experience. Please make sure the fitting are greased. It will help with the lifetime of the truck, smoother driving, and safety.

Pickup was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Truck was clean. Overall the experience was good. I do feel there should be a partial refund if you return the truck a full day earlier than it's due back. But, that is a Uhaul issue not an issue with ASAP Auto.

Vehicle was covered in 6 inches of snow, no scraper. barely 1/4 tank of gas and wreaked of cigarettes and was filthy. Very bad, especially with current pandemic conditions. Clearly it had never been inspected or even touched. Had to drive over a curb to get out of the lot as it was pinned amongst other equipment. clerk did not inspect the vehicle and did not even walk over to the lot where it was to look at the condition, show me any features, address questions, etc. Basically, here are the keys to this snow covered truck, trapped in a packed lot and is filthy, have a nice day. Terrible experience.
