Remind customer to retighten the small wheel at the hitch. Mine was very loose after 1/2 hour of travel.

Customer service was not great.
Timothy MThe parking lot isn't at all big enough for the hook up on the 20 foot truck. Too many trucks were there to park the trailer so I had to un hook the trailer in the middle of the small patch of gravel they use. It was absolutely ridiculous and they may try to charge me for that as it wasn't feasable to be able to be parked aligned to all other trailers. Parking lot way too tight on both sections for large rig.

HOPE CI couldn't rent my truck for longer because 'another family is picking it up' but when I dropped off there were three other trucks the same size available and I had to wait past the supposed other persons pick up time for a ride home and no one picked it up. Seems like a way for them to charge for a whole extra day without renting the equipment for a whole 24 hours. Very inconvenient.

JOHN MThey were great at this location. However I had placed a reservation on line at a different location and I could not check in on line. It would not verify my location as I was standing next to the u haul truck. So I went to a different location .
Bruce YThe only issue with this location is it's too crowded. There's no place to pull in to return a rental. We had to park in the city street after circling the block and even calling them about where to park.

Denis PThere were multiple places where the rentals were located but the specialist inside of ASAP Auto and Storage was beyond helpful. Be aware, if you use certain cards, there is a $100 deposit.
Ashton PThere was less than a quarter tank of gas in the truck I went 40 miles and put in 15 dollars in gas, I was then charged almost 15 dollars by them for 2 gallons of gas. So all together I put $30 worth of gas to go 40 miles. I would not recommend using there trucks when there is nobody available because apparently they just charge whatever they want I was definitely over charged
Patrick CASAP auto customer service was excellent despite U-HAUL website being god awful. My reservation was changed to a pick up location in Pittsburgh. Not sure if you have looked at a map, but Pittsburgh is over an hour away from wheeling. Tell me how that makes sense. And no communication or contact from uhaul to explain the deviation. Thankfully ASAP Auto was able to fulfill my request as scheduled.
Bobby FPicking up the Auto transport trailer was painless but little did I know at that time the service person used my travel buddies ID at check in. He said it didn't matter who's ID was used. WRONG!!! I learned when dropping the trailer off in Rockledge Florida it was supposed to be brought to a U Haul facility in Sabastion FL. That is over 30 miles away from my home. The lady at the Rockledge facility was very helpful in getting the problem corrected. The contract was in my name and my home address. The drop off location should have been associated with my personal info not my buddies info.
Michael RHave a class on customer service, because the guy who works the front seems to have forgotten that he's in a customer service position. So many things went wrong, and there was no apology. He literally walked away as I was talking. I will never rent from this U-Haul again, and I will discourage others from using them. However, one of the mechanics helped me and he was great. My issues weee not resolved, but he was appreciated. Someone told him to have a good day as they left and he said right in front of me it's already too late. I hadn't even talked to him yet. This is the guy who assists customers. Wow!
Jereny HClean your trucks, have an employee just for U-Haul at locations and thoroughly check vehicles gas, mileage and damages out before giving to next customer.
Beth KI was told the gas tank was full but it wasn't when I picked it up. It was full when I returned it.
Anne LNothing to do with the location, but the U-Haul phone people are always wrong. They'll call and tell you the equipment you reserved isn't available at the location when I know for a fact that it is. Then they tell you about another location that has it, but in reality, doesn't. Happens every time.
Jesse PThere was a greasy spot on the deck inside the trailer. I cleaned with degreaser before I loaded my household goods. However, I slid and pulled my groin prior to cleaning. Previous renters should be charged and I should be credited. I don't blame ASAP because it looked clean . Regardless, the people at ASAP were very helpful in set-up and getting me on the road. I will use again.

Mumtaz IThe location was clean but was very tight due to being at a mechanic shop. The truck I rented was in a different lot that was very small. I could not pull out location forward but needed to back up entire way into a busy street. Other than that, very easy process.
Blake HI was told the gas tank was on a 1/4 tank , it was not . It was 1/8 tank and I have pictures with the odometer and gas gauge together. I think it was very unfair and i spent money because of someone's mistake or the gas was stolen. The radio did not work! The check engine light was on the entire time.
David CTo improve for the next customer, maybe you could be sure to let the customer know if any equipment such as a dolly comes with the truck or not and possibly have a different spot or a better spot for the trucks to make it easier to get them out as for getting the trucks out maybe you could do what I have seen other U-Haul places do which is right before the customer comes, go ahead and have somebody pull the truck out for them so that it is ready to go

I explained to him that I was in the process of assisting my daughter and her family due to the closing of their home. He was excellent. I will definitely recommend ASAP in the future. Again Thank You ASAP for making a stressful situation into a very easy process. I will be returning within the next month to help move them into their new home.
