It was difficult to use the 24/7 to get the truck since we were delayed getting there since my wife had to work late and I had trouble getting the vehicle. The return was also a hassle and took over an hour to get the app or website to work properly. I couldn't get the clean end photos completed since the page would refresh and photos would be erased before taking all 6 photos. I would not recommend using the website or app to anyone at this time with the struggles we had using it. Otherwise the truck rental was great to move our belongs from our old house to our new house.

The assistant did not attach the trailer properly and it fell off within minutes of driving away. Thankfully nobody was harmed, but this could’ve been seriously dangerous.

1) pick up 35 miles from requested city, closed that day, therefore, required uhaul app for pick up
2) Uhaul app inefficient-couldn’t “find” my gps location, variable internet connection in remote area; took 45 minutes to check in; had to use sons phone for transaction
3) drop off location open on Saturday, took only one minute to return rental ( and was in the city I requested)

There is no drop off box for the key, when they are not open. Also, when dropping off the key, they guy was on the phone and acted like he was being troubled. It was not a business call. He was unfriendly and rude.
I had rented a van for a few hours from there before and had no problems. This time, when my boyfriend dropped off the key, he was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I hate to say it, but I guess it depends on who you are, on how they treat you.
