The assistant did not attach the trailer properly and it fell off within minutes of driving away. Thankfully nobody was harmed, but this could've been seriously dangerous.

1) pick up 35 miles from requested city, closed that day, therefore, required uhaul app for pick up
2) Uhaul app inefficient-couldn't “find†my gps location, variable internet connection in remote area; took 45 minutes to check in; had to use sons phone for transaction
3) drop off location open on Saturday, took only one minute to return rental ( and was in the city I requested)

There is no drop off box for the key, when they are not open. Also, when dropping off the key, they guy was on the phone and acted like he was being troubled. It was not a business call. He was unfriendly and rude. I had rented a van for a few hours from there before and had no problems. This time, when my boyfriend dropped off the key, he was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I hate to say it, but I guess it depends on who you are, on how they treat you.

contract stated pickup in Apple Valley MN. Got a phone call day before pickup that I had to drive 1 3/4 hrs to New Ulm to pick it up. Arts was a dirty and disgusting place, the guy tending the place didn't even check the lights or tires after hooking me up. 4 hrs round trip and loss of 4 hrs income from my work due to H-Hauls screwup. I will never use U-Haul again!!

The location itself had great service. Uhaul overall made us drive 45 minutes to pick up a truck and return to the same location. We had to pay for gas to get the truck from this distant location.

Well where do I start. No truck when I showed up at my time. Had to wait 2 hours for a truck. Was told I was getting a 20ft truck. Got a 15ft truck instead. Not art's fault. People at office can't schedule right. Would prob go with a different company next time.

The truck I used definitely needs new wipers and maybe some engine maintenance of some sort. But I got from A to B safely! The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, helpful and patient.
