Crystal GHorrible experience from uhaul overall. As a frequent customer, I’ve never had so much difficulty until this last transaction. You guys are robbers, liars, unorganized, I should call the BBB. Thankfully the situation was resolved, but If you try to charge me any fees that was not apart of the agreement, which I received receipts for. Then I will report you and spread this knowledge to others about your company. And will take this to court if necessary. Y’all are thieves and this is a horrible company.

Samuel LStart by being polite and giving proper info. I was supposed to pick up both units a mile from my home. I drove 31 mi for the truck and even more for the trailer. I received a call telling me it wasn’t available at the location I chose. I was greeted by a smart alicky woman to pick up the truck who was so rude she wouldn’t even give me the address to pick up the auto transport. The dude from the auto transport location was rude as well telling me over the phone “well I hope I’m around when you get here”. The regional manager was supposed to meet us at auto transport location and when we got there the place was locked up and there was no one there to help us. We waited another 20 minutes for the guy at auto transport and the rm never showed up. When we dropped off in San Marcos the guy was polite and professional but even that isn’t enough to get the sour taste I have for uhaul out of my mouth. I will never use or recommend uhaul to anyone. I will tell anyone I know to use anyone but uhaul.

Lori PWell it's was absolutely a shit hole and very run down part of town and when I called uhaul traffic too report damage on dolly the lady was very difficult too deal with telling me that I would be cut off from uhaul rentals because I asked her too email me a confirmation of my phone call too her then she stated how it wasn't her dept lol why did she take the my complaint then...thus I called back and second lady was very easy too deal with stating it was all good and that someone from ustomer service would contact me...thus nobody has ...
