Horrible customer service charged for unnecessary charges. When given proof to location owner they hung up in my face! They accused me of leaving trash in the truck and thats not true. When I stated that it wasn’t true he made up other stories of what was wrong with the truck.

They tell you to do a deposit up front and keep your money! Charge you for all this extra stuff so they can keep the deposit! Very unsatisfied

Uhaul rescheduled our pickup location less than 24 hours before pickup. This location was much farther out of our way and we were not satisfied. Additionally the blankets we reserved were not there and instead we had to make do with only 6. That being said the store manager was very helpful and the actual pickup/dropoff was very smooth.

I was about to get charged an extra 10 for gas since the guy claimed that I didn’t fill up the tank enough. When I drove I took a picture and bought it back in almost the exact 3/8 that I got it with.

The appliance dolly strap was not attached to work properly. I did not check it before I left. I had to attach it. The truck was not swept off when I got it but I did not document so it fell on me upon return. The location is not in a good safe area. Safer locations to pick up and return could be better. And make sure the equipment is ready to go and the location should go over everything before you leave. Ex: dolly and make sure truck is clean and in working order.

Trucks must be inspected before the customer picks them up. The first one they assigned me is dirty and the battery is dead. The second one was dirty, out of gas and with a punctured tire. The operator told me to fill the tire, I paid to fill it and it didn't fill. More than half an hour later he gave me a clean, full fuel and new truck. Everything went well.

Better inspection, the wheel tie down ratchet straps are in poor repair. They seem to ratchet backwards making it difficult to remove.

The location kept charging both of my credit card ls for different amounts. He did not come out with me to review the truck said they will just send me a receipt and I had trouble with the truck starting so it had to sit for 2 days and I have a video. But now I haft to wait on someone to review for me to get reimbursed for the over charging..

There was a small snafu at the start (my fault) but the dealer was quick to make an accommodation so I could get the rental that I needed. He was very kind, quick, and efficient!

They told me if I returned it after hours that I didn't need to take pictures and to just drop off the key. I have used U haul at a different place and they kept the deposit because I didn't take pictures. This is bad customer service and even if you clean it up they still charge you a cleaning charge. This location is the worst place to rent a truck, if I was looking for a good rental truck I would go somewhere else.

Figure a way to get customers who return the vehicle with more gas, clean, and no damage Credit. I received the vehicle with 1/16 of a tank of gas returned the vehicle with more than 1/4 tank and was informed that I only left 1/16 tank which was reported incorrectly

Truck had a foul smell in the cab! I’m a plumber by trade and smell bad things daily but that truck was like being locked in a dumpster with trash and urine. Truck was also empty of gas at time of pickup

The guy behind the counter is trying his best. He was very helpful and explained everything, made sure I understood what I needed to do with the truck before I turned it in to avoid fees, I liked him. But the location is rough. Crack head in the parking lot asked me for food and was kinda poking around the back of the truck luckily it was empty and locked so it didn’t matter.

Gentleman was friendly, was raining hard so inspection of the truck was challenging. Return he was even more friendly. Nice guy would recommend this location and you can get gas before turning over the keys. 1 stop 5 stars.
