Everything locked behind 6 foot fence. Located at the end of a dead end street. Trailer that is not a uhaul out front where a customer would pull into park. Piece of glass where a sitting bench is. Cigarette buts all over by a coffee can. I think first impressions are very important.Eddie W.

I reserved a 20 FT truck. It was not available when I went to pick it up. I was given a 26 FT truck which was more than I needed and cost me more in gas. I had also ordered a king size mattress cover (it had to be paid for in advance) and it was not available. $5.40 loss.Delbert G.

Facility was closed because it was Sunday. Trailer return instructions say to lift the trailer off the vehicle and set it down. I had 6 x 12 trailer and found it incredibly difficult to lift the trailer. I think having a jack accessible to the customer would be helpful.Patrick T.

Have been using UHAUL for over 30 years in my line of business and this has been by far the BEST experience with them yet. Owner was so accommodating and helpful. Will go out of my way to rent there again.michael S.
This pickup location was definitely strange. Our two trucks were the only UHauls parked there and there was no signage indicating that it was a UHaul location. We had multiple phone calls with someone , first asking if we were going to pick them up and then trying to explain that maybe one of the trucks wasn't the one we should have been assigned. No one was there to check out the trucks or to let us know whether they had noted the gas tank levels. We took photos of the mileage and gas in both trucks in order to protect ourselves. There was an old guy in a building near the trucks who wandered over and said that he was in communication with the guy on the phone with us and just wanted to let us know that the keys were in the ignition. That guy was not a UHaul employee... no idea who he was. The guy who texted and called us was "Lloyd" and his number is 501-519-0061. We could have been picking up two stolen trucks for all we knew. The vehicles were fine, but the pick up experiences was strange.Paula B.
These folks are great! Lloyd and Charlie were both polite and prompt. They took care of everything I needed, with friendly smiles. I have used this location twice and will go back again if I need a truck or trailer anytime.Jon Z.

We did not receive a code for the lock box with the key. Had to call and send pic and wait for a code. The battery was dead on the truck. We had to jump start every time we turned off.Steve C.

My drop off location had horrible communication . He checked my Milage . Apparently I went a little bit over what was given to me . And instead of him communicating that with me on how many miles I went over and how much I would be Charged he just charged my card without informing me . I especially did not appreciate that . AT LEAST let me know what is going on and why my card is being charge - communicate with me that I went over in miles . I had to see what went on hours After I left the location and trying to figure out what this charge is . So very poor communication skills !!!!! Do better . It's never okay to Charge someone's card unauthorized without given them a heads up . Contract or not - let me know what's going on if I am standing right in front of you !!!!!!Akeivia H.
