Christopher PThe service at this location was excellent. Hope, the attendant, was very kind and helpful. The only concern was that the right windshield wiper on the cargo van was not working. If it had been raining during my use of the cargo van, that would have caused difficulty while I was driving.
DENNIS B24/7 checkout process was absurdly difficult; I finally gave up and used the live clerk at the desk, who was very helpful. Checkin was somewhat slow but successful.

Lee WWhen I was doing the checkout online I had to go back to the previous page to adjust something twice and it changed my price to more both times. That's ridiculous and I don't see why that happened

HOMER SThe old woman working wasn't expecting me, was upset that I arrived, didn't believe I had a drop-off reservation at her facility despite my receipt and confirmation, and then literally told me to park the U-Haul up my ass for no reason I can possibly think of. It was the most blatant disregard for customer service I have ever experienced, and this will definitely be the last time I use U-Haul.

Julie MMy experience with U-Haul was terrible. My reservation, although guaranteed was cancelled last minute. I never got any actual reason for the cancellation. My rating of one star above is not about the location but the overall U-Haul experience. Why don't you have a rating for that?
JOHN QTrucks are beyond repair. Corner radius on curb side leaked and ruined furniture.Truck shook the whole trip. Needs better maintenance conducted

sherri wThe woman working at the desk didn't really know how to check in the return of the truck, and the UHaul website wasn't recognizing my location, so I couldn't do it. However, that worked out, because we returned it early.

There was no wait, I didn't get charged 5 different times & she documented that I brought the truck back... all of which U-haul store did not do. If I ever need a U - haul truck again I will be coming here.

Mark LNothing. The young lady that handled my rental here and at the location I placed the original reservations we awesome. Keep them!!! They make the process extremely easy.
Bruce LU-haul sent us to the wrong place at first to pick-up our u-haul truck. The person at Kings and Queens had to call u-haul and find out where we were supposed to pick-up our rental truck. Our paperwork had Kings and Queens in Savannah instead of Ark. People at both locations were very nice and helpful.

Angella MThe truck had oil or grease in the bed. It was covered with a blanket so I was able to use. Also used cardboard boxes to further cover. It was a slight inconvenience. Ideally it would have been cleaned before I picked up the truck.
