I was told I could pick up my trailer at 8:30 and the owner didn't show up until 10:20. He also changed my reservation for a round trip when I made it painfully clear this was set up as a one way trip. This made returning the trailer a royal pain. Never use this locationMARK L.

THE GUY AT 35TH AND BELL WAS AN 70 MINUTES LATE ON FRIDAY SEPT 24. WE HAD APPOINTMENT AT 9AM HE WAS THERE AT 10;10AM, IT WAS AWFUL. HE SHOULD NOT BE A LICENSED DEALER!!!! I MADE MY APPOINTMENT 30 DAYS AGO OR MORE AND THEN THEY SAID I COULD NOT GO TO 87TH AND BELL 5 MILES FROM MY HOUSE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! THE GUY CHARGED ME FOR 24 BLANKETS AND GAVE ME 12. DID NOT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH, HE RUNS ARIZONA SOUND AND UHAUL AND THE OTHER LADY BUSINESS IN THERE HAD THE TV ON FULL BLAST. MY RESERVATION SAID 20 FOOT TRUCK IS 240.00 WHEN I GOT THERE THEY CHARGED ME $251. IF I EVER HAVE TO RENT A TRUCK AGAIN IT WILL NOT BE UHAUL, IT WAS AWFUL.MICHELE D.
Had to take the first truck back due to check engine light was on and truck was running poor. Second truck had mechanical issues with left me stuck for 4 hours and the customer service during the whole ordeal was bad.Tyrone S.

The truck was dirty on the inside of the cab. The person I Delt with was very unorganized. The place that the uhaul was in the employee was kinda rude. I did the pass thing so I wouldn't have to deal with anyone but that didn't work at all. Checked the truck in and out on my phone but the link wouldn't let me take photos.Anna F.

The gentleman at this location was super polite, helpful, and caring. He made my experience easy and awesome. I came to this location after having issues picking up a truck at another U Haul location due to the app and website not working well. My experience was horrible to begin with until I went to Arizona Sound. It then became awesome!STEVEN G.
The corporate rep was very professional he was more concerned about the money he lost renting out the truck to us... because we had an injury and we kept it over a day then our personal well-being. I called to find out if there was any money that we owed and he was unbelievably rude. Didn't care that we were very busy doing other things like moving into the new place all around didn't care about anything to do with customer service and the stress of movingMatthew F.

The cup holders were SO DIRTY & STICKY. Besides that the truck was great. We reserved a dolly & it wasn't in the truck, and the location wasn't open at the time of pick up. So we had to go all the way back a few hours later to pick it up which made us start late, and drive extra. Besides that we had a great experience, friendly staff, and we would rent from this location again. Thanks so much!Serenity R.

Waited 45 minutes after my reservation for the guy who rents out Uhaul to show up in a building that had no air conditioning it felt like a sauna. Shows a neighborhood dealer but is actually a place to put systems in your car and the two definitely do not go together. Even when the guy showed up I still had to wait for him to feed all FOUR of his turtles shrimp in their green swamp water I'm not sure how I didn't throw up. I requested 50 miles and was given a price of$51 upon returning the van he tells me he only charge me for 20 miles. My house is 6 miles away from the location they switched from my original reservation that was supposed to be on 19th.I accidentally left my debit card in the van after dropping off and I was getting random charges on my card when I called the location they said they were getting ready to call the bank which I don't understand why when they know I rented the van my name is on the card and they have all my contact information why didn't they call me? Because they were using my debit card. I called and reported the fraudulent charges. I will not be renting with uhaul again I've used uhaul services for many years with absolutely no issue I am astonished.Mckayla M.

Fix your "contactless" pick up, its very slow (nearly 30 minutes) and required ridiculous validation then asked that I go INSIDE, which is not "CONTACTLESS". It's pretty much just me doing your job. Horrible experience.Mindy B.

I had a very difficult time picking up truck from my phone. It is not easy. Even though my time was changed from 6:30 to 7:30 while I was live chatting with your representative, I was charged for extra time. I probably would not use u haul again.Ruth G.

My husband and I used the self service option. It did not take 15 minutes. It took nearly an hour to leave with our truck. We had to push our reservation and we had movers helping us so they had to wait for us. The approval process should really be done like the day before or something. I told the rep that I spoke to, Nadine that I wanted a supervisor and instead she took 20 minutes to process our application and hardly send a word and then just ended the chat when I asked for a supervisor.Michael Q.

Ignition was faulty. Not having a live person at a pick up location is very frustrating. I was on hold over 45 min and never got through to tech support. The location at 51st Ave &. Cactus is So much better. The App is frustrating. I won't use this location again.Olivia T.

Customer service was poor and there was a discrepancy with the original quote. The truck was clean but the dolly was in poor condition. When I returned the next day for the auto hitch, the personnel made me wait while they sold other products to customers before helping me attach the hitch. The computer system had issues and delayed my scheduled pickup. I will be sure to not recommend this location in the future.LARRY U.
