Location is easy to find and the truck was clean and brand new. Especially the staff was so nice and helpful. I would Hundred percent recommend this place to my family and friends.

I guess my idea over the gas gauge was and his idea were different. I first had to add five dollars then he said another five. He didn't even go in the back of the truck to see if the rugs and the dolly were there. Seemed very busy and too preoccupied.
CYNTHIA PBecause I rented a 20' truck and they didn't have a 20' so they told me they'll give me a 26' truck at 20' price. Not the case it cost 200.00 more than quoted and to top it off. They said return the truck to certain location and I'll get 101.00 dollars back not the case they ripped me off twice I'll never use there services again and I suggest going elsewhere. I rented 3 trucks in a month period first two went ok but last rental they took total advantage of customer. Save the hassle go somewhere else. Unhappy customer
MARLA KThe location was average because they stayed open for us when it was a little past closing. However, the trailer they gave us had failing breaks which caught on fire 45 min down the road. We were on the side on the road for 3.5 hours waiting for emergency services. We had to leave the trailer there after the CHP assisted us.

Brianna ADrop off was a gas station in Lodi, even thought there was a uhaul location right up the street. The only way I could tell it was a uhaul drop off is that a few uhaul trailers were parked in the parking lot.

John WIt took almost an hour to do the paperwork. They barely spoke English. I had to hook up the trailer myself. They basically said it's out back. Go hook ip up and you can go. They did not come out to test the lights or make sure it was hooked up correctly. This place is really sketchy. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Brian PI had a poor experience. I have never used this location and it was a last minute change due to the truck size I reserved not being available at my regular location. I asked for a 24 hour rental starting at 5 due to the last minute change. I arrived at 3:30 and it took about 25 minutes to check in. No vehicle inspection was completed and so I took pictures bof the mileage and gas when getting in the truck. The contract was emailed to me and stated that the gas was full, it was not it was at a 1/4 of a tank. When we returned the truck they argued with my fiance that it should have been full when we returned it. We returned the vehicle with 1/2 a tank and the counter person argued and said that they would not close out the contract because they didn't believe us. I had to contact U-Haul and I also got lots of little charges added at the end which did not get explained because the counter person was arguing with us. Will not us this location again.
Gloria POver filled the gas.. told us we could come back Sunday (tomorrow) and MAYBE get a refund of gas the I put to much in…we started with 3/4 of a tank and I filled it up! Ridiculous to have us come back!
Margaret MAdvise customers that a "One Way Rental" is by far cheaper than returning to same out if your ways days later. My rental of in town truck was by far more exoensive than renting one way 1 day later over a hundred miles away

Lowsy company and would never recommend their business to everyone. All employees were extremely lazy, could care less about helping you and do not give a shit about their customers. The store should really consider if they should do business in Lodi anymore

edith dThere was no one there to process my reserved pickup time of 8:00am. The person arrived abut 8:20.. The truck bed was not swept out and floor mats were dirty. The owner is very busy and he is training another person to process u-haul rentals.
Anthony WWhen someone makes a reservation in a certain area it's hard to drive further than what you wanted. Your vehicle is not there you have to drive further out pay more. They at least send you to the closest that have a similar vehicle not the one you wanted!
Yesenia Gthere was some ongoing construction at the location, so that "could" have been part of the problem, but the vehicle was filthy and both the check out and return processes were very haphazard and time consuming.

I was charged more because the gas wasn't documented correctly previously to me renting it. I never received a receipt not even in my email. I called and was told it was sent. I returned the truck over 5 hours ago and I still have no idea how much I was charged for it. The employee was nice and I didn't have to wait long like at other locations.
Pamela AThey were extremely poor communicators with regard to what i was renting. I rented the uhaul for "the day" then they called and said i was late returning it because they asked me to bring it back by 2pm and i said i could try. I asked what the difference in price was if i kept it the whole day, they said no difference. Then when i returned the uhaul, they gave me a bill foe $60.00 (i was quoted 34.00. They did not tell me that i was contracted for only 10 miles. In fact, i never saw or signed a contract at all. Horrible experience. I will NEVER be back and would recommend ANY other uhaul location over this one.
blake tTruck was dirty (inside the cab and the loading bed), interior dome light was held on by tape, the key was very temperamental and had to be positioned just right to turn on the ignition, the parking break is broken, AND to top it off my reservation was not initially showing on their computer so even though I did the mobile check in they wouldn’t release the keys to me initially.
Rochelle REntire experience was horrible!!! I'll never use or recommend Uhaul again. I spent over $11,000 renting from Uhaul this day and was treated poorly, given horrible equipment and was overcharged!
AMY DTook over an hour & 1/2 to finally get the vehicle. The girl had no idea what she was doing. The vehicle was old, dirty, full of cigarette ash, no gas in it, drove horrible, alignment was off and dash lights & radio kept going out. Worst 3 days of travel of my life. And I was overcharged!!!!
AMY DI couldn't pick up my truck before hours like scheduled. I had to wait until opened at 8. The guy wasn't there until 810. The truck was dirty on the inside. There were papers on passenger seat from previous rental. The tank showed full and when I returned, 8 miles later, it took $30 to fill it. I won't rent there again.

KENNETH HI delivered the truck earlier than initially expected. I arrived a little after dark and had a problem identifying the drop-off station, which turned out to be a gasoline station. I delivered the truck with 3/4 tank of fuel and a few miles over the allotted amount. I asked to be be given some credit for the half tank of fuel over the initial 1/4 amount received but was denied. I am disappointed on the lack of consideration.

STEPHEN LThe problem with my experience was with the reservation process. I reserved a one- way truck a month in advance to be picked up 5 minutes from my starting point and was notified the day prior to pickup NO truck was available. My only option was to drive 2.5 hours round trip to pick up a truck . I was scheduled to drop off at a location within 6 miles of my destination and the day prior to my return date was rerouted to a location much further away. Fortunately the drop off was corrected. The facilities themselves are great! Very easy online, check in, drop off all went very well.
Mary EI am super upset, I literally filled this truck up and the gas gang didn't work properly. So I spent $ 50 and 12.5 gallons of gasoline to go literally 31 miles on my receipt. I use uhaul on a regular basis, and with the language bearer I'm just shit out of luck.
Joseph MThe truck was disgusting inside and out. Inside was NOT cleaned prior to our pick up. Smelled like cigarettes, with cigarette butts left all over the truck, beer bottle caps and food crumbs. Inside and the cargo area was filled with ashes from a fire. The whole cargo area smelled like smoke and fire. We did go inside and complained they didn't clean the cab just quickly swept out the back. We asked if the cab had been cleaned before we got there and they said no, it was just dropped off. But the "this truck was cleaned and sanitized" paper was in it. Worst experience ever at a uhaul.
Shawn MThe trailer was clean but had to wait at an Arci station for someone who knew how to work the uhaul computer, he was off premise. He was kind and polite but He guilted me back to the trailer ( first he tried to guild me to a car trailer) and once he guided me to the correct trailer he had me hook up the trailer myself and then as I was doing it he just walked away. No goodbye, thank you or anything else! What if I had no idea how to hook up a trailer properly??? Very dangerous in my opinion. Personally I prefer to do it myself as that way I know it is done properly but the majority of clients probably have no idea. He did not check to see if I had a properly rated ball, hitch or anything else. The tires were pretty boarderline in my opinion and I had no issue driving it a couple hundred miles but if I were driving much further I would not have felt safe doing it

Paul HONly one person running gas station, propane fill and UHaul desk. Felt very rushed. The person on site changed our reservation without my realizing. He made it a round trip rental rather than the one way rental we originally requested.
