Difficile avec l’application pour prendre les clé

truck was very dirty when i picked it up (did self pickup, so i couldn't point this out to anyone). after returning it, even having swept the truck, was charged a 25$ fee as there was a small amount of dust left in truck. gas gauge was at less than half a tank, but i was required to fill it up correctly to half a tank (even though trucks should be at FULL upon pickup) truck dimensions are misleading. i rented a 20 foot truck, but in actuality the box is closer to 17 feet, with a small overhead area. other rental companies do not have this misleading feature. after speaking to the manager of the manager of the location Mr. Lopez, i was very dissatisfied with the discussion. he seemed very unreceptive of any of my complaints.

Employé très sympathique, serviable. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions et il m'a aidé à attacher la remorque. Le stationnement est bien fait et c'est plus facile de stationner qu'à l'entrepôt de St-hubert.

Le service de cueillette via l’application n’est pas optimal. Nous ahojs du attendre 1h30 à la prise et à la remise du camion parce que l’application bogusit et nous avons du faire appel au service à la clientèle.

It says it's open from : 9am to 2pm and no one is ever at reception..to greet us.. I arrived at 1h28 to pick up a trailor (booked for 1h30) and there was no one there.. knocked on the door (hard) no one ever came.. I called the number on the door.. no one answered...??? I was pretty dissapointed.. I had to go all the way to the strore (Archipel) with an angry face mind you.. and ask them to call someone to go to the u-haul office and open the door for us.. witch took another 5 minutes before seeing anyone.. The check in of the trailor was soooo long.. your website was soooo slow.. they had to call a manager to come do it on his phone.. witch was also slow.. then finaly 40 minutes later it checkout.. we go to get the trailor.. the tails lights didn't work..!!! he had to give us another one.. all in all it took me almost one full hour.. from when I arrived to when I got out with the trailor.. I'm very sadened and dissapointed by the service there.. Thanks a million for looking into it.. it would be much appreciated.

Your trucks are great and reserving one (on a browser) is easy and well laid out BUT the app is complete garbage. It was useless to pick up AND drop off. Simply did not work. I mean please trash the thing and start all over again!

On m’a chargé une journée supplémentaire alors que j’ai rapporté la remorque 1:00 à l’avance, je l’avais de 13:00 à 17:00 et je l’ai rapporté à 15:30 mais le dépositaire fermait à 14:00

J'ai réservé un camion pour le plus près de chez moi (Chambly) avec un service après les heures d'ouverture. Je m'y rend et finalement le gars qui me l'a programmé me l'a programmé pour le service durant les heures (je ne pouvais pas car je travaillais). Alors j'appelle et on me dit de me rendre à celui de l'Archipel. J'ai finalement eu un code après 1h de temps, car le service est juste en anglais et la boîte à clé était vide ! Elle m'a donné le code des autres boîtes à clé, et les boîtes étaient tous vide !

Service from the staff is very good, professsional, even when faced with computer problems and waiting customers. My rental unit (Ford 15’ truck) was old. I found the gas mileage poor, and lack of remote controlled mirrors was annoying for parking the unit in tight spots. My other previous rentals were a lot better so I consider this a one off among several good ones.

Le fait que le réservoir d'essence n'est pas livré plein au client crée de la confusion. On m'a facturé pour de l'essence alors qu'on n'aurait pas dû. Heureusement, cette erreur a été corrigée parce que j'avais les preuves en main.

Je suis tres decu de la location du camion. Le camion n'était pas propre propre quand j'en ai pris possession j'ai tenté de passer par le site web de retour le soir vers 16h et je n'ai jamais été en mesure de compléter le retour. Autant avec l'application mobile que sur le site web. Le summum, j'ai été facturé pour le netttoyage alors que je ne me suis servi du camion que pour transporter quelques meubles. Rien de salissant. J'ai suis retourner hier pour parler au représentant chez Archipel Maison-Vivante et il n'a pas été en mesure de m'aider.

Est-ce qu'on pourrait avoir des contrats en français svp? J'avais réservé une fourguonette à partir de votre centrale au 1-800... Arrivé sur place samedi matin avec seulement 1 employé (qui coure à droite et à gauche et qui fait son possible), attente de 1 heure pour se faire dire que le véhicule réservé n'était pas disponible, par la suite, heureusement j'ai réussi à avoir le véhicule en question. Autre point de vue, fermé à 14h le samedi avec le type d'entreprise que vous avez, c'est assez ordinaire comme service. Donc si vous rapportez votre véhicule après 14h, vous devez fermez vous -même votre contrat par internet, bonne chance! Plus tard dans la soirée on vous dit qu'il y aura des frais de 20$ si Uhaul se charge de fermer votre contrat le lendemain matin. :(

La prise en charge automatique (avec le téléphone cellulaire) durant les heures de fermeture s'est très bien passée. Le retour automatisé (avec le téléphone cellulaire) n'a jamais fonctionné : alors il a fallu faire la file pendant 20 minutes pour retourner un véhicule. Rendez votre application et vos serveurs plus fiables!!!
