JASON SThe ladies that I interacted with were not only good at their jobs, but they were so friendly and accommodating. You can tell they truly want to earn your repeat business. Pricing was more than fair and the equipment was in very good shape! Definitely reccomend!

SHAUN BAppliance dolly that I requested was not in the truck and both mirrors on the truck were completely loose so they would not stay in place. I was driving an oversize truck without mirrors. NOT SAFE.
Josh BThe customer service was excellent. The price for service was ridiculous, and for having a military discount on the website there was no one on either side that understood how to implement it, let alone would even adhere to the word of the company whether it may be one-way or return of the truck. The price overall was way more expensive than a rental car, to include insurance, and having to pay for fuel. Absolutely, no need for all of the above. Now if those things were included then maybe would be worth while but I have no intention of renting from U-Haul again nor recommending them to anyone.

NITA PConfirm with customer that the store hours are not consistent and that a mobile check in is required when no one is present, and the renter should be prepared ahead of time for this. Overall, the mobile check in was easy and the local U-haul representative was very pleasant and helpful with my needs.
PAUL BCheck out process is terrible. Despite this being my preferred location, the check out link was trying to take me somewhere else. The online check out leads you to believe there are multiple steps, when really all that was needed was to drop off keys, though there is no way online to check a box stating you've done so. $20 for after hours service on a holiday weekend seems a bit much

MARGARET LEverything seemed fine until we had to confirm the mileage/gas. Both were wrong - gas was lower than stated and mileage was more than stated. I disputed the numbers on the phone check-in and took a photo of the truck dashboard. For some reason, the gas tank amount got lowered but the mileage did not. I paid for 190 miles of driving and we only went 40 miles. The staff at the site was sorry but showed me the photo I uploaded and you could not read the mileage. It was sunny out and I took the photo and sent it - my bad not to go back and look carefully when they sent me the contract on my phone. We picked up the truck at 9:30 and returned it at 4:00 PM. In that time we loaded and unloaded a third floor apartment and moved into a third floor apartment. I think things were not carefully checked over - think about it (we were supposed to have 5/8 of a tank of fuel - it was only 3/8). We were given mileage that was lower than the odometer stated. Someone used up 2/8 of a tank and drove 150 miles further than was stated.
CARL HThe rental truck broke down I had to call customer service to get the truck started, this was a major inconvenience for my move. I had requested a refund, and still awaiting a response.

SHE HELP ME CHECK IN BOTH TRUCKS THIS MORNING, AND I WAS REALLY CONFUSED ABOUT THE PROCESS AND SHE WAS AS NICE AS CAN BE. IT WAS SO REFRESHING TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME THAT WAS KIND, PROFESSIONAL, SMART, ALERT, CARING, AND JUST ALL AROUND HELPFUL. BRETT CI brought my truck back a day early around 9:45am. Waited in line at location and gave keys back around 10:30am. I get my receipt later in the day and it says it wasn't checked in until almost 5pm and I get charged with a $20 after hours fee and I don't get any money knocked off for bringing it back a day early. Nice scam jerks - I did everything correctly and you rip me off - I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Payton PWith the craziness of moving and all of the other million things life throws at you, I left my billfold in the cab of the moving truck. As I was dreading replacing all of my things, I called Applegate only for them to have picked it up and keep it safe until I could go get it from them! This is the second time we've used them. They have been great both times. This past time they went way above and beyond with my bill fold. Thank you ladies!
