Woman hung up phone on husband and said she wouldn't help resolve a problem caused by the UHaul system & that we couldn't resolve the prior day because they did not answer the phone for hours (so we had to follow advice from another UHaul location). Better communication- I was told I'd receive a call Thursday (one day before my move) to hammer down the details of time, equipment, etc. One day is NOT ENOUGH NOTICE. They didn't have furniture pads or the dollies I requested so I was scrambling and had to go out and buy my own furniture pads. They were also very rude and told me if I didn't come in the 30 minute window I had ZERO decision on, they'd give my truck to someone else? Be more professionalClare R.

Although we arrived at 1:30 on a Friday (during posted operating hours); noone was available and we just had to place keys in a drop box and leave truck on the side of the road. We wanted to let them know (& the company) that the cab of the truck leaked at the top of the seat belts above the doors during rain storms on our trip. Both my shirt and my husbands were quite wet as a result.robin W.

Terrible service. Very rude staff. Did not inform me about the process & the costs associated. I was not informed I needed to refuel, so I assumed this cost was built into the per mile charge. Communications at this site was horrible. They would not let me in because of Covid, OK that's fine. But they would not answer the phone either. Finally after trying 5 times, I reached someone who told me to get back into my car and wait. So I waited, and waited. Turns out the desk person had come out without me knowing and placed the keys on a desk behind the gate, barely visible and certainly not from my car. Employees should be more attentive to customers needs by answering questions with patience and courtesy instead of rushing the customers off of the phone. Also, this location should have available staff to answer incoming phone calls. After speaking with an employee by the name of "Angel", I called several times in one-hour seeking additional assistance and no one answered the phone.TARASHARICE A.

This location has a no contact pick up, however I stood in the rain for 25 minutes while I waited for them to bring the truck around because there is no waiting area. They then did not have the correct equipment for me (one missing dolly). The contract the sent still had me listed as having the missing dolly and the woman over the phone made no effort to rectify my contract, give me an updated copy, or credit my account for the missing item. Returning the truck on the weekend was a nightmare. The U-Haul website says the store front is open during specific weekend hours, but the location is never open on the weekends. The store has a sign that says to park the U-Haul truck on the street but there wasn't any parking for over an hour so we had to wait until cars moved. When we arrived there were already 5 U-Haul trucks in the street. We tried to call the provided number to get instructions about where to leave the truck and no one answered. The voicemail gave the same directions on the sign - leave the truck on the street and complete the return process on your phone. It was frustrating because we expected to return the truck while speaking to someone in person. If we had planned to do self-return it wouldn't have been as big of an issue. The parking is a serious issue and needs to be addressed.Shelby V.

The U-haul app for return does not recognize your location when at this U-haul location. I tried changing settings and still could not get it to work. I was able to drop the U-haul off and drop the keys in the box on the gate, The next morning I had a confirmation receipt by 8 am. Looks like the people power of U-haul is better than their technology. My U-haul was a champ! Thank U-haul for a great experience.Rene C.
